The old white woman with the dry hair working the register is insanely rude. After reading reviews of this place, I see I’m not the only one. I’ll never come back to any location since that’s how yall let your employees treat your customers.

I used to love coming to this store. I used to come very frequently, rarely made purchases but always looked at what they had. A few days ago i went with friends to look and we found a coffee table so of course we wanted it especially for the price. We had never bought furniture so we didn’t know how to go about the purchasing process. We went to the front to ask the lady (not sure of her name) if we could buy it and how. She replied “Rip the bottom portion of the paper off and bring it back” and I said “okay do we bring it to you or wait in line?” might seem like a silly question, but again, we had never purchased furniture. She replies “Um well obviously you would have to get in line.” and chuckles with a customer and makes a face as if we’re stupid. We come back a few days later to pick up the coffee table so I went in and asked how we get it and she says “Go to the double doors and they’ll get it to you” so we go to walk to so said double doors and she says “NO outside! you have to go outside” and we were like ummm okay, her tone was rude and unhelpful. We walk to the double doors OUTSIDE and go to open them and a lady sitting in her car is yelling “MAAM MAAAM NO.MAAM” and we were confused so we opened the doors and met a nice employee who was very helpful. She told us she was getting the table and for us to wait. The woman in her car from earlier comes in and says “Um yall need to wait OUTSIDE the warehouse, you can’t be in here without an employee.” All in all, very very rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional staff. Only about 2 of them are nice and helpful. I would spend my money elsewhere.

Don’t go here unless you feel like being degraded by employees while shopping. I’ve shopped here multiple times a week for years as well as donating things we no longer need. One of the workers is so ugly to me every time I come, she can’t be bothered to be kind and is always trying to tell me or another customer off about something they are doing in the store. Save the trouble, go to Calvary, go to goodwill, go to habitat for humanity, or any of the other fantastic organizations in the Lafayette area.

Really bad shopping experience. Sat on a couch that I was considering purchasing and got scolded by an employee, Bridget, and told that I was not allowed to sit on furniture. Will not be back and my group left without making any purchases despite having lots of items we wanted to buy after such an unfortunate interaction.

Five of us girls were on our annual girls trip and wanted to go “thrifting”! After making my purchase because I didn’t want to rush the others I asked the woman who checked me out if she minded if I waited for my four friends to finish shopping if I could sit on their couch. “No you can not!” was her reply, I looked shocked but not wanting to make a scene told her “that’s ok, I can let my friends know and just go sit in the car.” I told one of the girls and did just that. I can promise though had I known BEFORE I made my purchase I would not have spent one dime. If I’m ever in this town again I will not visit this store again.

There are special deals going on based on tag color, shoes or whatnot. The store is clean and very organized. I managed to find some nice tops there. I found most of their electronics and home items tend to be dated, hence a star is knocked off.

Selection was very limited. But clothing racks are so jammed its hard to look through. Prices are all over the place... No rhyme or reason.
