Was told to get here at 10 am with my car title, and to sign power of attorney and I would receive my total loss check of 4700$. It is now 4pm and I am still waiting for my money. Never use Safeway. Terrible insurance company terrible customer service!!

I'm not reviewing as a Safeway customer, I had another issue involving a fraudulent charge to Safeway Insurance. They were very nice and helpful! It totally was no fault of theirs and they treated my husband and I very respectfully. They swallowed interest and compassion for our situation and I appreciated that. It says a lot as bout the character of their business! ????7

Sorry company. They will double your bill each year and claim you had an accident when one never happened. Very expensive insurance. Stay away from these folks!!!!!
