I would have rated higher, except weekdays around the same time mid afternoon the lines to check out are so long and there's only ever maybe 3 lines open. Not too cool

Love Rouses. But it took an act of Congress to activate my nephews email gift card. Need better trained employees!

Store was very clean and well stocked. Prices are too high compared to other grocery stores. Staff was NOT friendly and very unhelpful. I guess me and my money can go elsewhere for better prices even if the customer service is not great. Money talks and if it's going to be unpleasant I'd rather save money.
