Rick’s was able to start service on my 2018 BMW the next day to change my brake pads and rotors, saving me thousands of dollars not having to repair at dealership. Very detailed in what needed to be repaired and why. Great service and prices!

2014 VW Touareg TDI. Driving through MS in my way to TX my air conditioning went out late Friday evening, 100 - 108 F temps, day and night.Rick fit my car into his shop first thing Monday morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad blower motor. A replacement motor was not available locally (including the VW dealership). Rick set me up with a parts store in Houston that had the motor in stock and at a very reasonable price. I was able to pick up the motor Monday afternoon and through Rick's direction I installed it that evening. Cold air again!!!Rick also discovered a couple of important issues that I was not aware of. One in particular. Over a year ago I replaced the battery but I did not know it needed to be registered to the car. When a new battery is installed, battery registration essentially resets the charging parameters to account for a perfectly functional battery once again. Not registering the battery can lead to serious problems down the road.Rick is a seasoned auto repair veteran with reasonable pricing. Rick has my highest recommendation.Bo

What a great experience! Rick replaced the water pump on my Audi Q5. Perfect job! Rick is extremely professional and extremely knowledgable about (not only cars) but things in general. Called into Rick's earlier today, guy answers and ask what issues I'm having. I begin to tell him and then tell him about a sensor I recently replaced, he rudely interrupts me and says, " I didn't ask you to diagnose." Thats all I needed to hear, conversation ended at that point. HIS initial rudeness probably will save me a lot of money in the longrun!! Stay away!!
