I was scared when i dropped Smokey off. His head had burn marks from the last place.I was so WONDERFULLY SURPRISED.They did an amazing job and followed my directions on what I wanted.I loved his cut.That staff is so awesome and friendly.Smokey wont be going anywhere else.

We have had to board our young doggo now a few times and we are so impressed with Paws and Paw Paws. You can tell they are passionate in their love and care of your canine companions and after his second visit, our dog is completely over his nervousness. You can also stream the play areas and see your pet, which is a good thing since I think we end up missing him more than he is homesick!They do also offer additional grooming services, are great with communication, and the prices are super reasonable.Definitely recommend!

Not only did our standard poodle come home with one of the best haircuts he's ever had (in record time), but he came home completely happy and exhausted from the daycare services provided before his cut. We had a great experience and will definitely be using Paws & Paw Paws as our go-to from now on.

We travel a lot and are always looking for a day care for our Havanese dog. We looked at reviews and this place rated well….plus, it was close to our destination for the day. I emailed the vaccination papers up front and registered online so when I showed up, the check in was easy. The office is a little loud, probably because of the hard walls and ceiling. Nice young man came and took our Katie in his arms and back into the pet area. A nice feature is that they have video feed so, while we’re out and about, I can view Katie and, as usual, she sits in a corner for hours. Not much of a social butterfly. Price was lower than expected. I would come here again.

Would've recommended them earlier... not after our second visit... this time we went without the camera kennel... blankets were peed on when we got them back... everytime we logged in to see the indoor or outdoor play yard our pups were not outside... they did communicate on the 3rd day they were not able to give them their meds... I get it... stranger reaching into their mouth... but we watched the first visit months ago the young lady didn't know how to get her to eat the pill... grab the snout open up and push it down... dogs don't have gag reflexes.. you'll be ok. We will be moving our business elsewhere from now on

I do not recommend bringing your dog for a grooming. My puppy is 5 and half months old and went in for his first grooming. I admitted to them at drop I knew my puppy had matting. I saw it for myself but it was normal for a puppy who had adult fur coming in. They asked me what cut I would like for my baby. I told them I wasn’t sure because I knew he had some matting. When I went to pick him up he had been completely shaved. I figured it was normal. (Shaving was not discussed with me at any point. No one called to let me know the situation or informed me of anything at pick up) When my puppy got home and calmed down I really started to notice things that were not normal. There were many random spots my baby had been shaved to the skin. He was not acting like his normal self. He was very reserved and would not even look at me. He is normally a very happy puppy who loves his momma. I immediately contact the owner because I knew something was not right. She blew me off and practically blamed me for the matting. I let her know at this point we would not be returning for another grooming or any service. Later in the night I noticed a dark spot on his balls. I contacted the vet immediately and they let me know he was nicked during grooming. He was placed on a steroid to help it heal which has also caused many issues in itself. Paws and paw paws came highly recommended from many people but the way my puppy was groomed was not a highly recommended groomed. The owner has been very dismissive and rude during the contact I have made. I have talked to many doodle owners since who have had this same experience. My business will now be taken somewhere else and I hope my baby is not traumatized by this experience.

We take our dog to Paws and Paw Paws on Robley Dr. It is the BEST dog boarding place in Lafayette. They really care about the animals and make them and the owners as comfortable as possible while they are apart from each other. Their business ethics is superb, full transperancy. You can see what your dog is doing 24/7. You also see that the staff is there at 6 am taking care about our furry friends. Clean new place and our doggy smells fine even after two weeks there without a bath. It talks for itself. Certainly 5 STAR business! Happy to have the place like this in Lafayette.

Drop my pet off to get a bath and haircut. Unfortunately staffwas not very nice when I picked my pet up, they took upon themselves to shave her hair extremely short. Staff is poorly trained and the management are rude do not recommend… then again the level of education shows… message to the owner can you respond with your name and number so I can call you directly if you would like for me to explain my experience

Brought my puppy Ginny for grooming at the Robley location. She was able to be dropped off early for playtime. Her cut was super cute! The staff there are great. Would most definitely recommend and will be back!!
