Prices are decent. Selection okay. Clothes are made cheaply overall but that is to be expected from Old Navy.

Rising prices, crappier quality & now today while checking out I'm informed they now charge .15¢ per bag to transport your clothes out of the store. I've been shopping at Old Navy since the '90s and today was the last time I will ever shop there. I don't predict you guys will be open in a decade.

Customer service gets a zero from me. Employees all young high school students with no conversational skills or manners. No phone etiquette either. Good grief.

It's obvious Old Navy doesn't care about their customers nor their employees. I should be able to have a pleasant shopping experience without worrying about passing out from the lack of AC, ESPECIALLY in this summer heat. I will not patronize this location until the air is fixed!

It is super hot in Louisiana and the store has the audacity to still be running operations without the proper AC conditions. As a customer this is unacceptable. I feel so sorry for those employees who have to endure these conditions on a daily basis. I didn’t last 1 minute shopping before I had to exit the premises. Please get this fixed!

The fact that this is a new store and the air isn’t working is very disappointing, I drove over a hour just to get here and inside feels like outside! Those poor employees shouldn’t be working in those conditions! Being 9 months pregnant and trying to shop in that store is unbearable, felt like I was about to go into labor! I’ll rather take my services elsewhere. Wish I could give it 0 stars!!

Why doesn't your store have air? It's 100° outside. You're required to provide employees a safe workplace. The Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 states this.

If i could leave no stars I would! This store is extremely hot! It feels worse than standing outside in the sun! I stopped by on my trip back home to Texas and I turned right around and left it was too hot. I felt bad for those employees.

New Lafayette location. Great selection and sizes are there. Clean and organized store with very helpful employees. Prices are great when getting a sale.

I went in last weekend and they didn't have any air. I had baby with me and we were sweating by the time we left. We were only in there for 10 minutes! I figured this weekend would be different but it's still no air. I feel so bad for the employees as they did not have fans or water. This is a new location and I'm not shopping at this one anymore since they don't care about their customers or their employees.

That store has NO AC AND ITS TO HOT THE SHOP IN THERE, I feel concerned for the workers because no one should have to work in those conditions, it’s like walking into a sweat shop. I hope those workers don’t have to suffer much longer without any A/C because that is ridiculous

Ok, it’s deathly hot in Louisiana with over 100 degre weather and Old Navy has nooooooo functioning air conditioner?!????? Shopping for a few minutes nearly killed me. Imagine how the workers feel! Please fix the air!!!!
