Canceled my online order for no reason, no notification or nothing even after I spoke with a store rep and gave my order number they had no idea what happened to the order. So I had to call the toll free number from the site and the rep told me that the Lafayette store cancelled it for reasons unknown. I waited 24 hours for a update but never received one and almost missed the item that was on sale.

Where do I start purchase more than one chemical injector from the store and the injector was not pulling.. Besides the chemical injector, I purchased a soft wash bleach pump and I had to return an exchange it three times already. The staff is pretty OK. I believe reason why I’m giving it a three star they don’t mind replacing it just wish last time the manager would’ve looked a little better in the system to see if they had a pump which even the pump that they replace it with it was not a new pump. Another pump went out on me again and when I went to bring it back, I just told him I want my money back, but they had attitude with me about the pumps which I’m doing everything. The instructions say now that I have a new pump from a new company. I never had a problem as of yet and I have done three jobs With the new pump. They only could get done one job or barely get done with the one job. I do not recommend this business. Even multiple chemical injectors did not work from this place. Being that their equipment was not working properly, it kinda had a bad effect on my business, which isn’t cool.

Today ,we went into NT to purchase a Milwaukee , lawnmower,it didn’t have the 2 batteries with it ,so the guy went to talk to the manager and he never came out ,the cashier April was extremely rude,I told my husband never again, ,guess what y’all lost a big sale sorry for y’all ,we ended up at Home Depot very pleased with the service we got the mower and in the box ,Thank you NT for the horrible customer service we got the same thing I will start letting people know how bad the customer service is at NT this is just the start .!!!!
