Closed on Christmas day, that's understandable but what's not understandable is that the freaking pumps were turned off. Like seriously? That's just petty. I was late for work cause of them. Sunoco was closed too but at least they had the gas pumps on.

Walked up to the window to purchase a pack of cigarettes for my mother-in-law. The lady had an attitude as I was walking up to start with. Had my ID and card ready to make the transaction easy. I told her exactly what I needed and she shook her head no. She didn’t ask for my ID or anything. I asked if she was serious and she shook her head no again and said she wouldn’t sell them to me. I will never purchase gas or anything else from this location due to the poor customer service. We spend plenty of money here to help keep it in business. Customer service is one of the most important things in sales. It doesn’t matter if you’re just putting in amount for gas or selling a pack of cigarettes. You conduct business with a smile. We won’t be back.

Lindaya (hope I spelled that correctly! Apologies if not!!) Was a breath of fresh air with her ear to ear grin and upbeat personality! Give this girl a raise or promote her to manager bc her attitude is infectious in a very positive way! I stop at this location quite frequently and the staff I usually deal with seem so very unhappy and as if they are there simply bc they have to be...not Lindaya!! Thanks so much for being a ray of sunshine on such a gloomy day both weather wise and personally!! Lindaya is *the best*!!! Hope to see her more often with that smile!
