Mercedes of Lafayette was very accommodating, super courteous, and quick with ordering parts and repairing my vehicle!! The service manager and Brandy made a less than desirable situation pretty painless.

The sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable and sensitive to my situation with my previous bad experience from another dealer. The overall experience was excellent. Would recommend this dealership to anyone. Thanks very much Jennifer for all that you did for me.

I’ve had my vehicles serviced here for a couple of years and it’s always the same great customer service. They offer drops & pickup services. Sometimes I’m given a loaner when they have to keep my vehicle which allows me to continue on with my day. Josh is my assigned advocate and he’s been great from day one! When Josh is out; Charity steps in and continues the awesome service! Everyone is pleasant, helpful and dedicated to great customer service. I highly recommend servicing your vehicle there.

When setting up appt was told job would likely not take over an hour. Therefore, I decided to wait in vehicle. Arrived at 7:30am & departed at 11:45am. Job actually only took 30 minutes because vehicle was not attended to in time slot as thought. Really simple from my perspective. Give the client a time range. 1-4 hours, 4-8 hours, 1-3 days. I could care less but not professional to over promise and under deliver. Josh was as pleasant as he could be but ashamed to observe the left hand not communicating with the right hand.

Just brought my vehicle and my ambient lights are not on or working. It’s only been a month out the lot. Brought it in service been holding back for 2 weeks now. No diagnosed yet or anything. Very inconvenience, I really dislike how they say bring it in at 9 in the morning, and it’s just sitting there with no diagnostic yet and it’s 2:16 in the afternoon, nothing. Unimpressive with Mercedes of Lafayette. Hope the Owner can update there entire company for better service.

I was met with a very warm smile from Charity in service, very professional and helpful. She listened to my problem and organized my repair. I was shuttled to the mall by a very helpful and kind young man named Chris. I enjoyed my day as I waited for my car to be diagnosed.

My experience with the staff at Moss Motors- Mercedes Benz Lafayette was over the top. My salesman Jahrique was very knowledgeable and patient. He explained different things of what was going on with the process step by step. When it was time to figuring numbers Mr Bill and Mr Paul was on it. They made sure I was satisfied with all numbers. And can’t forget about Ms Marcelle the Service Manager she was helpful and wasn’t even involved yet, but she made sure she let me know if I need anything to contact her. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. They ROCK!!!!!!

Had appt for 930, at 1130 they still hadn’t started on my car yet. I understand they are busy but it’s extremely hard to get a ride back and fourth from work. They don’t give loaners out anymore.. which would have been a good help… I had to leave cause had dr appt and my car would not have been finished. So now I have to go back Saturday morning and hope they can get my car serviced then. When I had my Jaguar, Paretti would provide rentals from enterprise… this was extremely helpful. Understand they r busy.. but next time if u know u can’t take my car.. it would b nice to get a call r text saying there will b a delay.

Stephanie was the sweetest salesperson. She made sure we had exactly what we wanted without pressuring us. She answered every question we had honestly. The dealership was very transparent during the process. Highly recommend.

Terrible experience. I took my 2020 Gls 450 vehicle for a B service . Picked my car up that evening. Next morning had an engine light come on . I had never seen the engine light come on, brought the vehicle back and they said a " hose " was loose . Few weeks later my car started running really bad while I was out of town and the engine light came on again. I took it to the Mercedes dealership in that Alexandria , La where I was working . My 2nd or 3rd cylinder was not working properly when they ran the computer tests. My vehicle was still under warranty so they went in to replace it and found that a piece of the cylinder had been broken off or damaged during the spark plug replacement that Moss motors Mercedes had done a few weeks ago. Walker Mercedes called Moss motors to pay for it . They refused to pay for the labor and only payed for the part. I never got a call from Moss motors apologizing for the botched job they did in my vehicle for a routine B service. I called them to complain and the so-called head mechanic was going to investigate and I never got any feedback about what happened . It was all around a horrible experience. The company showed a lack of accountability , no professionalism , and really incompetence with doing routine service on a $90, 000 vehicle. I thank God that Walker Mercedes had the integrity and professionalism to make things right by telling me the truth of what Moss motors did wrong and called them to let them know they screwed up. I will never take my vehicle to Moss motors Mercedes of Lafayette again. Just a horrible experience . I travel a lot as a physician and really need a reliable car with reliable service and I got horrible service from that company all the way around.

Literally one of the best car buying experiences ever! I called in during the week and was matched with our Mercedes expert by the name of Jahrique! The purchase was for my father who hasn’t owned a Benz since 1978 and really needed guidance with all of the new technologies in cars now. Jahrique took his time going over the vehicle that my father selected to make sure it was the perfect fit for him… the test drive definitely was full of laughs. The deal itself was a flawless, smooth transaction and from the time that we entered the dealership till the time we left everyone treated us like family - my sons even had a blast looking at all of the latest sports vehicles. Thanks to Paul Kaleel in the Finance department for walking us thru the specifics and being so accommodating. You guys have really brought a smile to my fathers face!!!

Charity did a great job assisting me from the moment I walked in the door at the dealership to get a diagnostic test done until the time of pick up. My vehicle was fixed in a timely manner and Ms. Charity kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Very friendly staff.

Always a great service experience at this location. Josh did a great job of getting me in and out with no issues. Josh even set up a shuttle service to pick me up and drop me off to my residence. 5 stars!

My service counselor was excellent. Her name was Charity Phillips. She was kind, courteous, and responded to me in a timely manner.But it took 16 days for my vehicle to be finished servicing. I do not feel that the technician prioritized my vehicle to be serviced.I had an appointment for Thursday morning. I brought my vehicle in at 9:30am. At the end of the day, I was informed that the service technician had not even gotten to my vehicle to perform the diagnostic test. On Friday the next day, I was informed again that the technician had not gotten to my vehicle and that they had to keep it over the wkend. The tech started the diagnostic test on Monday, and was able to identify the problem by Tuesday. I agreed to the cost of the repairs and was told that the part would come in by Friday. On Friday, I was informed that the part would not be in until Monday and that it would take the tech a couple of days to replace and repair. But the vehicle was not finished until Saturday, a whole 16 days after I had dropped off!!I had to rent a vehicle during that time because I have to drive out of town 2x week for my work. It was a frustrating and costly experience. I do not feel that the technician prioritized my vehicle at all because they did not even start working on it till 4 days AFTER I had dropped off the vehicle for my appointment!!I do not blame the service advisor, Charity, at all because she was extremely courteous and helpful, but she obviously had no control over what the technician was doing.My GL 450 is my business vehicle, and I had planned on trading it in for a newer, possible electric, Mercedes SUV in 1-2 yrs. But now, I’m not sure about that after this experience.I give Charity 5 STARS for her professionalism and kindness. But I would give the technician 2 STARS at the most for the lack of timely work and attention to my vehicle.
