My sales associate ( Donovan Broussard ) was professional and courteous. I would recommend my friends and family to purchase there next vehicle with community Honda Lafayette. Was a pleasure doing business with them.

Best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle! Nathan & Taylor were great!! Nathan was 1st class all the way!! From communication to knowledge Nathan was patient, kind, & respectful answering my questions (and I had a bunch)! Nathan personally delivered my vehicle to me (I’m not local) same day I purchased it. If you are looking to buy a vehicle please go to Community Honda and ask for Nathan…you won’t be disappointed. Can not recommend Community Honda and these guys enough. Five stars from start to finish!

I worked with Mike at Community Honda for a scheduled service that included changing the timing belt. This was to take all day, so Mike lined me up with a loaner car for the day. He communicated with me throughout the day and let me know when the work was almost done. The checkout process was smooth and efficient and I was back in my vehicle before close of business. I received outstanding service and will continue to go the Community Honda for my vehicle servicing.

Ok so this is the second revision of my review. Yes I am an over analyzer. I was looking for a dependable car to drive mainly back and forth to work. I went to Community Honda with an idea of what I was looking for and long story short Brett, the salesman I dealt with and the sales department were very helpful and I ended up with a good deal and honestly a car that I didn’t think I would get but I’m happier with than i anticipated. I’m very happy with the way I was treated and I would refer anyone to Community.

We bought our new Honda Pilot in August 2023 at Community Honda. Brett Mertens was our sales associate. He answered all of our questions and explained our paperwork so there were no surprises. When we picked up our car Brett took the time to go over all of the features and how to operate our Pilot. That was very helpful! Thanks Brett! Everyone was nice and helpful through the process. We are really enjoying our Honda Pilot. So glad I made the switch to Honda!

I lost the key to my rims for my honda crv, none of the auto parts stores have them so I drove to community honda in Lafayette but once I got there I spoke with the sales representative Mrs Vincent but left her and went to the part's department put in my order but the computer was acting up so I left parts and started chatting with Mrs Vincent and before I left I had no need for a key so I ended up driving away in a new no millage honda accord. Thanks Mrs Vincent iam loving it

I had to basically prove that my vehicle (which was under warranty) was making a noise. I was told by one service writer there that it was the brakes and it was perfectly normal. The manager said since my car had 31,000 the noise I was hearing was normal. I just wonder how many women have been told things like this and believe them. One thing I know is that I did not buy a Honda and expect it to make noises at 31,000 miles and for that said noise to be normal. Turns out it was not a normal sound and they did fix the problem. I am very disappointed in this dealership based on how this situation was handled and how I had to stand my ground till my 2021 Honda CRV was fixed.

Just purchased a 2021 Trailblazer, 19k miles and reportedly no problems whatsoever that were found by the dealership’s mechanics. Within three days of owning the vehicle, a check engine light comes on reading and emissions issue. I contact the salesman who sold me the car, and was told that the GM Tyler wanted me to bring the car in to get looked at so it could be made right. Sure, no problem, I’ll give them the chance. Within 15 minutes of being there, I’m told that the check engine light is for the code I already was aware of, that nothing will be done, and I should bring it to a Chevy dealership. Given that the check engine light came on so soon after purchasing, I would not be surprised if the shop had cleared the code upon inspection to get the vehicle to sell faster and at a better price. Highly unacceptable business practices

We did a trade deal, and new vehicle purchase with Community Honda. We worked with Donovan Broussard and after the great experience we are customers for life! Donovan was amazing to work with! A 20 out of 10 experience, and Donovan made sure to introduce us to all areas of the service department and who to contact if we ever need anything. We have another Honda dealer closer to where we live, but refuse to go anywhere else other than Community Honda because of the excellent service! Go see Donovan for any of your vehicle needs!

I was impressed how Miss Amber actually came and approached me as soon as I walked onto the lot! She was very pleasant and professional from beginning to the end. I was a bit nervous because I had never purchased a brand new car but she made the process so smooth I forgot I was even scared. Shes definitely an amazing person who deserves a 20 instead of a 10. Thank you Miss Amber for making my experience a beautiful and pleasant one.

Donavon Broussard was the best! He was able to answer all questions I had without hesitation and was not pushy in any way. I highly recommend him and this facility. All the workers were polite with happy appearances. The buying process was quick and easy, all done electronic.

The service department is incompetent.I brought my car in for an oil change. Called ahead of time to find out pricing. Get there she says $92 instead of $57 because it’s a “package”. They wash the engine, they check and lubricate the locks ? and so on. THEN, it’s $124 because it’s a minder B1 which needs a tire rotation. She says a while after noticing my annoyance, “What do you not want to do it”? Now in my mind, well my front tires are low so yea go ahead. Later she says your car will be out shortly. They’ve checked all fluids and brakes and everything is fine. Now I’m shocked because in April when I went in I was told my brake fluid needed to be flushed. No mention of that today. Strange! Guy brings my keys I get to my car, FRONT TIRES STILL LOW! AND if my locks were lubricated, shouldn’t you have noticed the loud noise my locks make anytime my car’s gear is changed to drive or if my doors are locked and mention it?? IF THEY CHECKED THE LOCKS AT ALL! My lock near the gas cap needs changing. They never said a word. Were my locks even lubricated at all?! I’ve bought my car here in 2019 and have been servicing it here ever since, against advice of others. I think it’s finally time to service elsewhere. The service department just keeps getting worse. I wish there were cameras so customers can actually see what’s being done to their vehicles and what they’re paying for. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

First off I'd like to disclose that I did not purchase my vehicle at Community Honda, but my air conditioner was not cooling and needed service quickly. The service tech answered all of my questions and transferred me to Brendan. He was so courteous and very friendly. He was able to not only get me in for a next day service appointment, but went above and beyond to work around my schedule to get the repairs done without inconveniences to me. The staff from beginning to end, including shuttle service drivers were A+! Thanks for this amazing experience. If we are ever in the market for a new Honda again we will definitely come your way!

I highly recommend you give them a try! With so many car dealerships in the area, I was a bit overwhelmed. My mom suggested that we start at Community Honda, and I am so glad she did. If you are looking for a car & want someone who will LISTEN to what you are looking for, go see Taylor Dupuis. He found exactly what I needed & it was in my price range! AND my kids approve, too!
