I would just like to think Mr. Michael Broussard at community Honda for his great service. My car needed service done on it and Mr. Mike was a great help; he helped with a great price on the service. He was just wonderful all around.

If I could give zero stars I would. The service department is the worst. You can not ever get in touch with the service tech there and no one calls you to update you about your vehicle. Even if you make an appointment like I did your car will be there days. My car has been there since before July 4th and today I had to call to see what was going on with my car. I had to bring it back because the problem they said I was having they so say fixed was not fixed so here we are going on a month of trying to figure this out and of course I’m out $926. My car sounds worse than when I dropped it off but they don’t care and they said come pick up my car. The manager Megan of course does not answer like the service techs. Wonder where they learned this behavior from. The tech himself said they don’t care about any departments there except the sales because that’s where they make their money. But again the tech did lie to me over the phone and I called him out on it.

Got my car serviced here a few times and service was great. There’s a sign saying they’ll PAY TOP DOLLAR for your car if it’s after 2013. Brought in a 2016 Accord with no mechanical issues. Just minor door cosmetic damage and a easy fix on rear view camera. They offered about $4,000 less than the Kelley Blue Book for “fair” condition of a Trade In to buy car. Told them I was selling my car because my dad died and I needed money. After they low balled me, I had to accept because of the situation. And they must’ve not updated their sales software notes , because for 3 days after, different salespeople blew up my phone trying to sell me a car. Go here for Service , but avoid Used Car Manager/ division. Greg in sales is an exception and is great.

2 weeks ago my son went to get an oil change and a 4 point inspection. 4 days ago, his car started to make a loud noise and his back tires started to lock up as he tried to stop. He brought his car somewhere else to get it checked out at and his back breaks were metal to metal and his bolt wasn't even tightened on his breaks good enough for my son tire to come of and put him self and others in danger. I called Honda on surrey st to speak to the manager 3 times! I left messages and begged to speak to someone in charge to help me! This all could've been avoided if the people did their job correctly to ensure my son's safety! The manager Megan refused to speak to me. I don't know who else to speak to. This place has the worse employees and the worst customer service! I've never seen a business ran so poorly. Don't bring your car here to have any work done!

Well, be it far from me to not give KUDOS to whom they belong. I recently had an experience that wasn't favorable for me. But with patience and understanding to my situation, I'd like to SHOUT OUT Salesperson, Greg Hebert and General Sales Manager, Tyler Gros. These two EXCEPTIONAL Salespersons have a heart of absolute GOLD.They care for the COMMUNITY in which they serve, and will go above and beyond to make things right for you. Had an amazing experience. The communication from the service and parts department was spectacular. Hopefully wont need to return but if the day ever comes I will definitely be returning.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. My husband sat at their service department for 8 hours. He lost an entire day. There was no compensation for the time wasted here.
There should be accountability in the company’s side for when appointments extend well past the original time frame, but we were given no such compensation. Nothing was done for the customer. We lost so much time and had so much frustration. If something had been done to compensate our lost time, then I wouldn’t be so frustrated, but they refused to do anything.
I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Update: the Service Manager Blake lied to me on serval points:
- He told me that he had informed my husband that he should wait on the service recommended as it would take a long time. He did not.
- He told me that he told my husband that the original service he went I. For would take three hours. My husband was never told this.
- He told me that he had been giving my husband updates throughout his 8 hour wait. He did not.
Again, no compensation was made for the wait which my husband was not informed of, then to top it off, Blake lied on every point he told me.

The service department has scheduling problems. Even *with* an appointment, I was told my car would be held for multiple days for a simple fix, leaving me stuck without transportation. If I were a walk-in, that would be one thing, but I tried to accommodate their schedule. If you can't take care of your loyal customers, they will leave, so I'm gone.
The constant emails and spam texts are intrusive and obnoxious.

This is my 3rd time buying from Community Honda and just like every other time it was a great experience. Ray and the team were easy to work with, patient with me, and answered all my questions to help me make sure I got exactly what I needed/wanted in a car.

I would greatly like to express my appreciation for Mr. Mike in the service Department . My car received a batch of bad gas and from the start and he has been a strong advocate in regards to what I should do next or how this process works . He has done everything in his power to make sure my car was taken car of and to also insure me that I was his customer first not the insurance company. His work has not gone unnoticed . Let’s also discuss I had a clear line of communication and great feedback each and every time . So greatful for having him care for my situation.
