The experience was awesome my daughter bought her first car at BMW Moss Motors in Lafayette. She was so excited! This dealership and staff was very professional, awesome and made this experience extremely good. I recommend this dealership. Thanks for all the help and assistance.

I dropped my vehicle at 2pm for simple oil change. I got my vehicle back at 3pm. The bill shows $944.66 total. They charged $740.38 for their labor. Totally doesn’t make sense. Unbelievable. Luckily I purchased their maintenance program upfront. I’m not sure why they show me these numbers? The reason I said that because I didn’t see the numbers above when I signed the paperwork after their maintenance.I also was told that their regular tires last for like 15k miles to 20k miles. My Toyota tired lasted for like 50k miles at least.They didn’t even to reset my oil change light after they done. Of course I have to YouTube and done it myself.These are reason they have 3 stars.

Cheyenne and her team at Moss BMW were awesome! She listened to every issue and took care of me and my X5. I live in Lake Charles, and I have had a few BMWs serviced at different places. I will always choose Moss BMW Lafayette from now on!

Had a double blowout on my way home to Texas. Moss BMW was able to get my vehicle in first thing in the morning and get me back on the road. Great service and great attitudes at the dealership. 10/10

Just had the most amazing car buying experience at Moss Motors! I can't say enough about the sales service person, Alexander, who went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed about the vehicle I found online. He even sent me extra pictures and details to put my mind at ease.Living 12 hours away, I was a bit nervous about flying in to buy a car I hadn't seen beforehand. But Moss Motors truly exceeded my expectations! Alexander picked me up from the airport and when we arrived at the dealership, everything was already printed off and ready for me. Talk about efficiency!The transaction itself was a breeze, and before I knew it, I was all set to make my 12-hour drive back home. The team at Moss Motors made sure I felt confident and comfortable throughout the entire process. Early appointment met by courteous personnel. All procedures were explained and services were provided in a timely manner. Lauren Thibodeaux assisted me in having the needed services performed. Very pleased with Moss Motors BMW service department.

The service department was great! Lauren our service advisor was very helpful and easy to talk to. She really helped us get through a very unpleasant situation, that had nothing to do with her or the dealership.

Could not have gone better. The best and smoothest transaction ever. The salesman was very knowledgeable, kept things brief and to the point plus really knew his product. He even came to my house today to have me sign a paper I forgot and to show me how to set up the garage door opener. That’s service!!I’m retired now but if I still had my company , I’d be trying to hire him!You can’t go wrong at Moss !!

Good service on scheduled maintenance. I like the service tech video explaining exactly what was done. The only recommendation is to bring back car washing after service to pick up clean , disappointed no longer included.

I had the best experience buying my new car from Van Gardner. I needed a new car asap and he was able to get me the exact car I wanted in 2 weeks! He was always available to answer my questions and made sure I was up to date with everything. The process was smooth and I couldn’t be any happier. He’s a genuine nice guy and I highly recommend working with him. Thanks Van! I love my new car :)

I am giving Moss Motors a 1 star rating due to the lackadaisical practices of their finance manager and the absence of proactive information sharing. We were informed after our vehicle was serviced that we only had the “scheduled “maintenance plan and not the “full” maintenance plan, so we would have to pay out-of-pocket. The option of purchasing a “full” maintenance plan was never mentioned to us by the finance manager. We would not have had any issue with purchasing the full maintenance plan had it been brought to our attention. It is said that when you do not disclose information, you effectively eliminate an individual’s right to choose. Transparency is a critical component of providing excellent customer service, and unfortunately Moss Motors completely missed the mark.

The customer service at Moss BMW is top-notch! I’ve never had a bad experience when bringing my vehicle to be serviced. They are very courteous & accommodating. Although I didn’t purchase my current vehicle from Moss BMW, I will most likely purchase my next vehicle from them!

Terrible experience. I took my 2020 Gls 450 vehicle for a B service . Picked my car up that evening. Next morning had an engine light come on . I had never seen the engine light come on, brought the vehicle back and they said a " hose " was loose . Few weeks later my car started running really bad while I was out of town and the engine light came on again. I took it to the Mercedes dealership in that Alexandria , La where I was working . My 2nd or 3rd cylinder was not working properly when they ran the computer tests. My vehicle was still under warranty so they went in to replace it and found that a piece of the cylinder had been broken off or damaged during the spark plug replacement that Moss motors Mercedes had done a few weeks ago. Walker Mercedes called Moss motors to pay for it . They refused to pay for the labor and only payed for the part. I never got a call from Moss motors apologizing for the botched job they did in my vehicle for a routine B service. I called them to complain and the so-called head mechanic was going to investigate and I never got any feedback about what happened . It was all around a horrible experience. The company showed a lack of accountability , no professionalism , and really incompetence with doing routine service on a $90, 000 vehicle. I thank God that Walker Mercedes had the integrity and professionalism to make things right by telling me the truth of what Moss motors did wrong and called them to let them know they screwed up. I will never take my vehicle to Moss motors Mercedes of Lafayette again. Just a horrible experience . I travel a lot as a physician and really need a reliable car with reliable service and I got horrible service from that company all the way around.

Customer service is always top notch.Thanks to Kevin and Michelle for making us feel special. Thanks to the person that closed our sale and suggested the road hazard policy for tires and wheels. Paid for half of it with one incident.
