My daughter needed a new phone and she and her boyfriend went to this place. They purchased her phone and she paid $300 for a newer phone. She is a minor and I am understanding the importance of having a receipt. The phone was reported stolen and her phone service was suspended. After research, we were able to find out that it was indeed reported stolen. They were as shocked by this as we were and offered to replace it if they could provide a receipt. My daughter is not even 18, so she was not thinking about the possibility of needing to return it. I have a time frame and date of the purchase of both devices, but I have little to no faith that they are going to do the moral thing and allow her to exchange the phone. I have no doubt they have receipts, especially given the fact that I have the amount of each transaction and the time and date. It is not a good way to be known as selling devices that are reported as being stolen.
Once I spoke with them about this, they were insisting on helping and they exchanged her phone. I made sure to check the IMEI and the phone is not a problem. I have to say that they were honorable, and I hope that they are able to find the person who brought it to them and do something about it.”

Store Manager Jau'marl and Store rep Sharriss were exceptionally professionally and attentive. They saved us over $600 in credits that another AT&T store wrongly charged us for which made us ultimately stay with AT&T. We got our new iPhone 16's activated in no time! I didn't know I qualified for first net until speaking with them! Jau'marl should be on his way to corporate and if Sharr aka Star isn't made into a manager soon, AT&T is needing to open their eyes! I will speak with them both "ONLY" for any future issues or needs!”

“Went to the Ambassador store yesterday to try and repair a number sync problem with my new Apple Ultra 2 watch and my 13mini iPhone. I had been trying 5days to correct this issue with numerous Apple and Att tech support personnel without success. Went into this store and asked for Manager (Tyrell). He and Att rep Karl assisted. “We have use this phone service for over 5 years. And have had nothing but great service from them. the price is perfect for phone and tablet plan we have. We will continue to use metro by t-mobile always abd the customer service gentleman we had to help us the last time we were in the store for a upgrade was we so wonderful. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience we could have. I hope to see him again real soon such a pleasure that shopping evening was”
“Our Rep was Max LeBlanc and he was fantastic. He took his time and explained all the details about our plan and even helped get our Netflix account set up to pay by T Mobil and stopped our payments from our account. Very kind and considerate. Also the store was nice and quiet and calming. My wife and I had gone the night before to the store near the mall. It was noisy and crowded with too much pink neon lights in the store and the salesperson was trying to upsell their products and not much help with getting phones unlocked. So props to the store in Target shopping center.”
