Worst place to get inspection on almost a new car
I have been told my window was to dark but it’s the original shade from Volvo ! Go figure
The femelle inspector was so ugly
She should change job
We are customers and don’t need to be treated like that

Went to get an inspection sticker and was told I had to purchase new wiper blades before they would do the inspection (the wiper blades on my care are new and very expensive wiper blades that I installed). Female manager attempted to con me into buying wiper blades that I did not need. Had never been there before and am never going back.

Had a low tire, slow leak on the right rear passenger- paid for a tire rotation and the tire with the slow leak was still the right rear passenger tire indicating the tires were not rotated. I was charged for it though.

Absolutely awful. Stopped today for oil change and lunch. While eating lunch they had my car towed. Explained that I was eating and then getting an oil change and the woman at the desk said too bad. Should have changed my oil first.Terrible customer service I do not recommend anyone going there. Rude and doesn't care.....

A little pricey but they give teacher discounts. I'm always satisfied with their work and the wait time is usually less than 10 minutes. Plus the office ladies are always friendly and good conversationalists.

Will have your car towed from their parking lot even when closed at 11pm. Towed my 80 year old in laws at 11pm on a Friday night leaving them stranded. Yes they CAN but should they? I can understand if they are open and it’s disrupting their business, but otherwise it’s unnecessary

She just said without any eyes on me, come tomorrow we're close. It was just 3 min late and I was running from work to be there. It would take 10 min to renew my license plate.I'd really like to put 0 star.

I have been going her for 6 years they do my oil change and inspection. Now today i was told that i have illegal tint! Wth its not making any sense to me cause the last 3 inspection stickers i got was from this shop. Nothing is different about my car. Ive been having the same tint since i first purchase the car. I will not do business again i have been a loyal customer. I miss the previous employees
