Second time here: We were called and told the car was ready. Said we would be coming by.... got there at 12:50 and the place was locked up tight. No out to lunch or any other indicator, just a closed sign on the door. OK, its almost 1:00 sure they will be back soon. NOPE. Called the office several times and left several messages. Knocked. Went around back 3x and called out. We waited an HOUR for MacKenzie to show up. Then the tude of this person! My husband politely pointed out we've been waiting over an hour and she says "I'm sorry? like, I don't know what you want me to say" I said: it would have been nice if we were told when called you would be closed. then "well I didn't KNOW i had to ask YOUR permission to go to lunch". I left before I went off. The work seems solid, but I am not paying to have this little Catch You Next Tuesday close up for a couple hours whenever she feels like it then act like I'm the problem here. I took MY lunch break to get it, what should have been an easy 30 minutes tops took me well over an hour and I got in trouble at my job. The sign on the front clearly says, open from 8:00-5:00, and the closed sign said back at 5:30pm. NOTHING about a 2 hour lunch break. Can anyone recommend a European auto place that doesn't employ young Catch You Next Tuesdays in the front?

I brought my car to check wiring for a radar detector and to fix some seat wiring. I got it back the first time and nothing was fixed. It was to expensive to start with because instead of charging a shop job rate that is based on the amount of time it takes a professional to fix the problem, he charges you full price to learn, which takes longer. The problem was with the seat and he was taken apart the door which has nothing to do with the code to troubleshoot the problem and then charges for it. I get the car back and nothing is fixed. I still had problems with the seat and the radar wiring. I noticed that when the seat position is adjusted the seat light would shut off. I brought the car back a few days later and he worked on it again. He got the radar to work but not the seat sensor. When the girl upfront called me, she said everything was fixed. When I got in the car the seat light was still on. They charged me full price and didn't warranty any of the previous work. After charging me twice for the same job, the totall was $1600+ At that price I could have had a new radar installed and the seat actually fixed. I still need to bring the car to a dealership to fix the seat problem. Not worth the money. The thing that bothered me the most is charging twice to fix he same problem

I highly recommend Mike's Euro Auto repair. I used him for work on my wife's audi. The work was done in a very reasonable time, and reasonable price. Very friendly people. Really down to earth ?

Mike could have nickel and dimed me after diagnosing my car's issues but he didn't, instead we had a conversation about the best move for me. I would 100% recommend this shop to anyone, great service and honest people!

Recently brought home a '97 528i from Europe. Bad idea! Lots of differences from one made for USA....radiator expansion tank not even on the same side, headlight assembly, etc. Anyway, Mike's Euro is not full of BS, as seems to be the case with Beemer dealer. Mechanics are problem solvers, not just R&R's of parts. VERY reasonable shop rate. Left engine bay the way they found it--clean and put back properly! Mike, Sam & Co. are the ticket. Plan on using them as needed for my go to, and I live 30 miles away.

97 528i BMW. They have 2 competent mechanics, did repairs as requested. Plan on using them for PM in the future. Bonus: hourly rate lowest around.

Short story. Here I am, a freshman entering public high school after 8 years in Catholic school. I look across the cafeteria and it is love at first sight. Johnny Mercedes, one of those baaad boys. Don't do it everyone said, he will drain you dry and leave you stranded by the side of the road. He is too old, too many miles, just walk away but I couldn't. Our first year together was like a dream. Everyone wanted my Mercedes. Strangers commented on his beauty. My grandson took him to the prom. But then my Mercedes started having issues. When love is true you never give up so I contacted Lisa at Mike's and not only did they pick him up, they spent hours on his therapy and now he is coming home better than ever. Was it cheap? No. Was it fast? No. But it was a professional exam and treatment with everything ok'd in advance. It is worth every penny and working with Lisa and Mike was a great experience. If you too fall in love with a high maintenance bad boy, I highly reommed Mike's if you need help.

Unmoveable. Asked him to clear the codes on my vehicle, but he's too busy for a 5 minute job. Couldn't be bothered to get up from his desk, offered no explanation.Edit: You were not pleasant in my recollection, and said very little to me, offering no more explanation than "I can't right now". It takes literally one minute to clear codes and it would have been a tremendous help in my diagnosis on my inop vehicle that day. Good looking out for a neighbor. You're a jerk. Response time here indicative of regular practice I'd bet.

Strongly do NOT recommend this place. I brought my Audi A6 here because the check engine light was on, there was a coolant leak and an oil leak. First of all every day they would push back when it was going to be finished. When I finally went to pick it up, they had ordered multiple other parts that I’m almost positive did not need to be changed without even calling to tell me or ask and added that to the bill. Then about an hour after I left my check engine light came back on all they did was clear the code. When I asked why they did nothing to fix the check engine light issue they claimed that the codes never popped up when I told them the exact codes when I first dropped off the car plus they had to clear it so they obviously saw. I also had to bring it back the next day because they forgot to plug in my front bumper and also didn’t put any oil in the car after “repairing the oil leak” I still have a oil leak so they charged $4700 and literally NOTHING I asked them to fix was fixed.

It's nice to be able to voice your opinion, good or bad. But let's be fair. Telling half of the story is not right. Saying that nothing was done to fix a vehicle and things done without getting approval is totally incorrect. And also exaggerating the amount of the bill to push a point even further. As a witness to this event, I would strongly disagree with the last comment.Services: General repairs & maintenance

600 bucks and 5 days to change the oil and tighten bib around steering wheel?? LOL! The MB dealer would be less expensive and quicker. Don’t waste your time/$$$$
