Always a problem- always inconsistencies from online balance, if you call balance and atm balance, constantly changing staff .

Fast service, friendly staff. They greet you as soon as you walk in. The young lady in banking services (in the first office on the right when you walk in) was very helpful. I sorry, I don't remember her name. I needed signature certification and she really made a great effort in finding someone to help me with what I needed. She even called another branch to find someone for me.

The new hours are 9-4 …. People work and lafayette traffic doesn't allow for lunch time service. Very inconvenient hours.

I was a previously satisfied Midsouth customer. After the buyout, the transition did not go smoothly at all. I switched to Chase where they give you $300 to open a checking account and set up direct deposit! No minimum balance required! Their online bill pay is also awesome and very easy to use compared to Hancock Whitney. Also, the employees are friendlier.

They now charge $7.00 to cash a check if you do not have a checking account with them! It's not their money or their account, they have NO RIGHT TO DO THIS!!!

Worst bank I ever dealt with, they were incapable of providing you with an accurate amount in your checking account. Call in and you'd get one amount, check an ATM you'd get another, check online...another number. I moved on to Chase, a million times better.
