Super causal and rewarding experience. Jean Luc was knowledgeable and friendly. He helped us decide between bases and mattresses by having us try them all out. No hard sales pitch. We ended up with exactly what we wanted - even though we had no clue when walking in.

We had a Sleep Number bed for 13 years and finally the tube busted and that was that. Desperately needing a new mattress and after calling a number of stores, we were told by Brock that he would do all he could to get us a mattress as soon as possible. He was a great salesman and not pushy at all. Less than 24 hours later, we had a new mattress delivered.Excellent service and I’m sure the mattress will be just as good. Go to Mattress Direct if you’re looking for quality mattresses and excellent service.
