Me and my daughter got our nails done. The next day, our nails started breaking off. Never has this happened anywhere else. We'll never go back!!!! For the price you pay, you'd think you'd be able to enjoy them foe more than a day.

Awful!!!! Worst pedicure/manicure ever. NEVER turned on the jets, never soaked my feet, water was cold when she set them in there to rince of the watered down mask, the chair massage didn't work, scrubbed my feet with the pumice with NOTHING on it(OUCH), not sure she even rubbed my feet which is my favorite thing about a pedicure, used a rag sized towel to wrap my legs that wouldn't stay on and this way after the mask she barely rubbed on and then watered it down. Don't even feel like I had a manicure/pedicure at all AND I ASKED FOR DELUXE! I can't imagine what the basic would have been like! I have shellac all over my hands/fingers! Ugghhhh. Will definitely NOT ever go back and do not recommend this place to anyone! Was NOT a luxurious experience nor was the services or the outcome especially not for the PRICE! Totally ruined what's left of my day!

I made an appointment for 2pm and I walked in at 2:04 and was told that I needed to reschedule. I responded maim I’m 4 minutes late. Her response it don’t matter you can reschedule. They’re already not that great so guess how I’ll deal with this treatment1. Post a review. 2. NEVER GO THERE AGAIN ?

Had a gift card purchased that had expired two months previously, misplaced and found but my fault. Both myself and spouse frequent this location consistently for many services. When approached if they would honor the gift card the response was that the owners policy is the expired GC is now valued at 50% . I accepted the policy but am very disappointed that being a very good customer on-going and a very good "tipper" and being upfront that I misplaced the GC and the fact that this was during Covid with their own business having "erratic" hours and days open for service, not to mention that there was NO loss to the business at all that they would be more understanding. Just my opinion but this, in my eyes, is BAD BUSINESS. It may more than likely force us both to source out another nail provider who is more understanding and appreciates a VERY GOOD TIPPER.

I would not recommend if you are used to a relaxing and cute pedicure. I came in from out of town and I needed a pedicure I normally go to king j but I did not have time to drive far.instead of saying they did not have enough time the woman rushed through my pedicure. I literally was in the chair for less than 15min and she only put one coat of polish. $30 and my feet look like my 5 year old painted them and my feet is dryer than they were when I went. Lessened learned for now on I’m going to make the time to go to king j.Service: Pedicures

I came at 2:19 on a Thursday and was told without an appointment there is NO service. She didn't even bother to ask what I walked in for. So I guess they don't want to sell gift certificates??????? This is my second time entering and leaving without what I came for and feeling dismissed. Good luck with that attitude staying in business.

I made an appointment and when I got there- they were closed!!! No phone call to let me know they were closing earlier and to reschedule. who does that! Very poor customer service!!! Will NEVER go back!!! Very disappointed. I guess they don’t need my business!!!
