I had sustained hail damage in the hood and cowl of my Jeep several years ago. State Farm sent me here for repairs. They did a good job. Then the paint on the hood started pealing several months ago. I talked to State Farm about and they told me to talk to Luke’s but I was basically on my own. Luke’s first said they only painted the hood but after pointing out the obviousness of it they finally relented and made me an appointment two months later. They said they would warranty the work, which is great
I showed up for my appointment on the date specified as soon as they opened. When I got there they told me I needed to make an appointment even though I told them my name and make and model of my vehicle. I told them I already have an appointment and that is what I am here for. They kept telling me no I didn’t until I showed them their business card that the secretary wrote my appointment date on.
I then walked to Enterprise Rental Car next door even though they weren’t open yet. There were several other customers standing outside Enterprise with me.I watched them back my Jeep up into a steel pole. The guy gets out if it to have a ten second look, and jumps back in and proceeds to drive it around the side of the building. I walked over to Luke’s and asked them about that. They swore up and down that didn’t happen until I pointed out several people I was standing next to at Enterprise saw it happen as well. Then they admitted it happened but I had bad brakes and the pedal had went to the floor and they couldn’t stop. The thing is, two weeks before, I got a brake job done at a mechanic shop in Scott, and I pointed that out to them. I still had the receipt with me. Again, they tried to say they only redid the hood and cowling but I had enough and told them that was B.S. So we went checkout my Jeep and there was no damage thanks to my heavy duty tire carrier and bumper. I can’t stand liars, but there is no damage, so I am not going to concern myself with it needlessly.
I picked my Jeep up a week later.
A few weeks go by and I am checking the oil in my engine while I am filling up with gas. I happened to glance at the underside of my hood and something looked odd. Closer inspection revealed the passenger side windshield washer nozzles was broken, the driver’s side windshield washer nozzle was broken and had tape on it, and the hose was tucked away under the insulation in an attempt to hide things. This happened at Luke’s. The evidence of it is the paint has been removed from the torx screws on the hood hinges due to them reinstalling the hood after painting. Unbelievable!
I looked online and the Mopar washer nozzles are $40. I found some aftermarket ones for $10 so I ordered those.
Luke’s never said anything at all about this.
In the middle of all this I am having a health crisis involving an open wound on my abdomen which means I have to limit my physical activity, so I have to wait until I am healed up to fix it even though I have the parts. There is no way I am brining it back to Luke’s to get fixed because who knows what else will happen there.
Avoid this shop at all costs.

I have used Luke's Paint and Body Shop for many years and for many vehicles. Never once have I had less than a great experience with them. The quality of their work, their consideration for their customers, and the general can-do, customer-centric attitude of the employees has always been a breath of fresh air, especially when you consider that generally speaking, when you need their services, it's not because you are having a good day. I strongly recommend Luke's for anyone in need of auto body repair.

Wow! Outstanding! Communication thru out the process was exceptional. Dropped off my vehicle on Monday, picked it up on Friday. Quality of work was excellent. Very accommodating. Went above and beyond. Especially considering one of their competitors never called me back. Super convenient with enterprise rental being right next door. I recommend them to anyone.

Extremely disappointedThe paint match was horribleThey charged me for a new bumper but looks like they just ordered new claps. The same bug that was stuck in the corner was still there when I picked up the vehicle. <- I intentionally left it that way.The clamp portion they were supposed to fix was still popped out and had to get a tech to come back and pop it in. <- The whole reason I brought the vehicle there in the first place.*got a second opinion and they agreed.Would not recommend. I am going to take it back because the color disorients bothers me and they claim they have warranty.—Donovan

They messed up my girlfriend’s BMW big time. Got it back after 3 1/2 months of waiting and the electrical wiring system was completely messed up and the whole door fell off in their parking lot. They couldn’t seem to properly repair it and did more additional damage. The insurance company had to total it and the car depreciated 10k in value due to their incompetence. If it was fixed correctly we would’ve gotten 40k but instead we only got 30k. I highly don’t recommend.
