Went there to bring my mom to get something for her waterline. Customer service was awful! Was pointed in the direction where they thought it was and not walked to make sure! While all customers with fair skin tones were being help, we were left searching on our own!

Terrible. 10am Called to verify an appliance was actually in stock. Placed the order online for pick up. Says ready in 3 hours. 6 hours later I go to just get it. Makes me wait 1 hour to get it. Tells me it's not actually in stock. Terrible. If my stove broke I'd cook over a firepit instead of deal with this place ever again.

Found the item we were looking for easily. Went to check out, scanned my item, typed in my reward number. The system prompted I only had one item. The cashier took it upon herself to come click a button and take my credit card from my hand and swipe it for me as if I didn’t understand how to swipe my card! That was the most rude and
degrading thing for her to do when I had not asked for her help nor had the register called for her help. It was also highly unprofessional to take my credit card from my hand and swipe the card before I could finish reading the screen to decide if I wanted to make that purchase!

Please train your cashiers that it is NOT acceptable to grab the customers card from the machine and throw it on the counter when the POS is not working. Get your toilets fixed, 4 or 5 not working is horrible.

The only reason I'm rating it a one star, is so I can leave this review. I went in today (3-12-24). I needed 8 1×4×8, I decided I was going to have them cut in half there instead of cutting them myself. I was told that the loading guys where to busy. Which I understand. But my problem is that they had 2 of them standing around talking to each other.
