My rating is based on an employee. Jay was an amazing help!! We told him what we were looking for (in flooring) and he pointed us straight to it and even pulled out some color options for us.

Products have good products. The place gets busy on weekends with people selling special products and racks of clearance items. Self check out lanes work fairly well.

Repeatedly disappointed in this store. I kept going back because sometimes they have things I want that HD doesn’t carry but I’m going to have to call it. The customer service is so abysmal I much prefer a shopping experience that values the customer a common decency. Today I picked up an order of rubber edging and half of them were damaged and missing the stakes. The fact that they would hand that over to me without batting and eye or admitting that the product was sub par is disappointing to say the least. When I pointed out that they were damaged and missing the stakes the employee offered that I (the customer) could go look for a different one to swap out. No direction. No offer of assistance. I went and found the stakes and left Lowe’s for the last time. I’ll order snail mail delivery from Home Depot before I return here.

I ordered off the websites, and it claimed there we 34 off the item in stock, only for an email 3 hours later saying they were out.

I had to come back to the store yesterday due to several issues that i needed help with due to the cashier with my original purchase, Asa the manager who was called to help me did an extraordinary job and went above and beyond to help me. Thank you Asa and all the other staff at customer service who fixed my issues.

Lousy customer service. Tried to buy bird food that seemed to be on sale. It rang up incorrectly. Instead of trying to fund correct price, cashier just made excuses. I went and photoed what I thought was the correct price but it was a different sku even though it was on the box. Again just excuses and no way attempted to help. With that attitude, she should be sweeping the floors. Terrible experience.

Just wanna rave about the excellent customer service at this store. We just bought a mower marked way lower than it should have been. The manager said not an issue and gave it to us for the marked price. Cory, our sales associate, was so friendly, so incredibly helpful. You have definitely earned a customer for life. Thanks for making our day! I look forward to the next shopping trip and will always choose this store first.
