Management is top notch here in Lafayette and they aim to please! With that being said you can always make improvements and that is why Lowes continues to improve and deliver... And they do deliver. My rating is based on an employee. Jay was an amazing help!! We told him what we were looking for (in flooring) and he pointed us straight to it and even pulled out some color options for us.
