Came here to check the balance of a store credit card I found at home. The lady at customer service was able to take care of this request for me. I appreciated her help. Turned out there was a balance so I decided to make a quick purchase. When it came time to check out on self check was available. Apparently Lowe's has removed all of the registers that were manned by people from front of the store. Self checkout only now in the front center part of the store. I told the one associate working that I'd use the self check only if I got a discount or being paid a salary. I ask if there were any regular registers available. She said one at customer service one on the lumber side. The one on the customer service side is always busy with returns and the other one is busy with contractors or DIY projects. So Lowe's is forcing customers to use the self check. Well I won't be the one. I'd rather not shop here if this is the case.

Customer Service is horrible. We went yesterday to look at linoleum flooring and stood waiting for about 10 minutes while the intercom kept going off saying "assistance needed in flooring" and also while 4 workers walked right passed us. Not once did one of them ask if we needed help. Very unprofessional!

This Lowes is the worst! Prices don't match products and the manager REFUSES to make the price correct! If you want a terrible place to shop Lowes in North Lafayette is the place for you. By the way the store is filthy dirty!

Okay, Yelpers, this review is for Lowe's appliance delivery! I bought a washing machine here and let me tell you, the delivery service is VERY BAD!! The details are long but the condensed version is this. The guy in charge, Ryan, if that was his real name, was rude, unprofessional and left the washing machine in my daughter's garage WITHOUT INSTALLING IT IN THE HOUSE! He was mad because she was not available for an early unexpected delivery and didn't answer his call from a SPAM NUMBER! Basically, when he arrived his attitude was poor and unfriendly because he had to work passed 2:30 pm!!! Anyway, when I contacted Lowe's the manager said we had to contact the delivery service manager and that his hands were tied! I'm giving Lowe's and the delivery service a poor review because we were not informed that the delivery people were NOT employees of Lowe's but of a separate delivery service. And those people COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THE LOWE'S customer! All I can say is BUYER BEWARE!!!

Stay away from this store!!! Joe that works in appliances He Lied to us and did not do his job at all!!!!!! They just delivery my dishwasher would not install it at all!!!!!! And didnt delivery my refrigerator !!!!!! THE MANAGER does not care about their customers!!!!! CALL CORPAORATE OFFICE HOPEFULLY THEY WILL RESLOVE THIS ISSUE!!!!

I had an issue with the cost of some luxury vinyl flooring. I asked to speak to the department manager. He finally came to speak to me and he never introduced himself. He was very condescending and would not even consider to hear my side. He whirled around and walked off. I was angry at that point so I asked to speak to Store Manager. How foolish of me to think the Store Manager would be more professional and we would have a normal conversation. I was dead wrong! He was much more rude and talked over me like I was a nut case. He was so unprofessional that I couldn't believe a Regional Manager would tolerant this behavior. The store manager, who also didn't introduce himself, should have a boot right out the store front. I will never shop at this store and I tell everyone how I was treated.
