We had an excellent experience with Laurie. She was friendly, she quickly understood what we were looking for and efficiently helped us find the perfect piece. We never felt rushed or pressured. It was in our home less than a week later and we love it so much! We will definitely be back for our next furniture need.

If we could give 0 starts definitely would. After purchasing a few items the store said they would be more then willing to hold all items till the home was finished. In addition to them holding the items they would deliver when ready. Only a few days notice for delivery needed. False. When requesting delivery it would be over a week and no weekend delivery. Then decided to pick up items ourself in order to have a bed to sleep on. Arrived for pick up and 2 of the paintings that were purchasing were returned for store credit. She remembered his wife coming in. But couldn't remembered what she looked like when asked. Clearly never happened. . This is Saturday. Won't know till Tuesday if they can reorder them. Unacceptable

Props to the lady who sold us our furniture a couple years ago. Professional, friendly and service-oriented.NO PROPS to whomever they have designated as their "Customer service representative" who was described as "The person who takes good care of our customers after the sale."I needed new slats for my bed, for which I purchased the extended service plan. I called and asked them if they could cut the slats for me based on their records of the product dimensions, and was told that they were cutting them and they would be ready for me. I was not asked for dimensions at that time.When they arrived, I took them home to install them to find that they were all 1.5" short. Again, I specifically asked if they could cut them accurately from their dimensions, and was answered in the affirmative.When I called the store to let them know that they did not fit, I was asked for the dimensions. I had just finished measuring them, so I told her they were exactly 1.5" short. She told me she would have them cut and call me when they arrived.After waiting two weeks, I called back and asked to speak to my salesperson. She immediately directed me to the person who had already proven a lack of ability or desire to help (common customer service mistake). She told me the customer service specialist would call me back. After waiting a couple hours, I called back and was told, "We already cut some. It's not customary for us to cut TWO SETS.""Even though your people cut them incorrectly?""YEs, sir."Enough said. Avoid these people at all costs. Great salespeople, but whomever this support staff employee is will leave you in the lurch, and worst of all---a complete attitude of indifference.ps. It is to be assumed that after telling me she would have new ones cut, either she or her leadership heard that THEY cut the slats in error and then made a DECISION to break that commitment KNOWING they screwed up the size of the slats themselves. Take a minute and really think about what that says about the desire of their leadership to provide a great customer experience after the sale.
