100/10 rating for Mr. Spencer and his guys at Louisiana Dent Doctor! i put a sharp ding in a hard to fix spot in my truck with a tool box and Mr. Spencer and his guys had the truck looking perfect in about an hour! this is my go to spot for dents and dings and i recommend them to everyone! other places in town may be able to take your vehicle to be fixed sooner.. but you know what being booked and busy means? GOOD WORK!!! wait it out til your vehicle can be seen, you won't be sorry! his prices are extremely fair too!

I put a super sharp dent in the back of my cab with a tool box. Dent Dr. was a little booked up (good sign) so they couldn't take me for about 10 days. no worries there, busy means good work. brought it in today and my boy Jared fixed me up in an hour. He tried his best to pull it but the dent was so sharp it couldn't be pulled. he came talk to me and said i can get it perfect if i drill a small hole in the door jam and cap it after. i said brotha go for it i'll rarely see it. shortly after he brought me a dent free truck at a good price. his cap for the hole doesn't even look out of place, looks like something toyota stuck there. plus if i ever dent it there again (bet i will) he now has access. 10/10 Dent. Dr & Jared. appreciate yall

Absolutely amazing service and amazing quality of work by Spencer Had a issue with damage that was done to a rear trunk lid in a Mercedes Benz. First and foremost I would like to say you get what you pay for. It is crucial to make sure you get quality work especially when it comes to high-end cars. Spencer absolutely did the best job I've ever seen when it comes to getting a crease out of a car. The dent was very big in the trunk it was a 6 hour process but he would not know it when he was done it literally looked absolutely perfect. If you are in Louisiana area please make sure you take the time and make the drive to Spencer you will not regret it he did by far the best job I've ever seen. Also the communication and follow up with him was everything you could expect from a A five star luxury resort. Absolutely amazing customer service and would refer all my friends and family to him for any Dent needs. Thank you again Spencer.

Had a small ding on my rear passenger door from another car opening their door on my car. Spencer had me taken care of in less than 15 min. Good as new, not a blemish left to see. Very professional and courteous. He let me watch him take the dent out and the scuff, it’s an art for sure. If you have a dent, do not go anywhere else.

Spencer was great! Very professional and high level of integrity which is important to me. The challenging dent repair on the Tesla came out great (like it never happened), but during the process the window tint was scratched. He could have just ignored it, but instead immediately apologized, communicated what happened and promptly lined up plans to have it fixed BEFORE I left. He was adamant about making it right before I drive off. Quality work, trustworthy and high integrity. Absolutely would recommend!

My car was hit in the Walmart parking lot. I was referred to Spencer at Louisiana Dent Doctor. After bringing my car for him to look at & speaking with him, I left feeling so much better about what happened. He was very knowledgeable, professional & friendly. I left my car with him for 2 days. I was beyond happy when I picked up my car. Spencer went above & beyond to fix the dents. My car looks like it did when I drove it off the dealership lot. I am very pleased with the outcome & would recommend Spencer & Louisiana Dent Doctor to everyone I know.

Was looking to repair a handful of dents and dings on my teenager's car, and knew it didn't require new body panels or a respray. After reading other great reviews for Louisiana Dent Doctor, I contacted Spencer and scheduled a quote visit. Spencer was able to quickly assess my issues, provide me a quote, and work with my time schedule to get the repairs done. Everything was done on time, and the results look AMAZING! I decided to give Louisiana Dent Doctor a call based on their Google reviews, and I am glad that I did. I wanted to add to my add 5-star review because it is truly deserved and maybe it will help others in deciding where to go for their paintless dent repairs!.
