“I was a customer 3/9/2024 in Rouses on Johnson street. market, obtaining my groceries everyone was nice helping me, there were kind and most importantly patient I’m a elderly woman I’m 69 the lady at the check out counter I went to was very patient, kind but , I didn’t get her name. I asked for help and Jade politely said she would help me I was talking about my grand children she was helping me byPutting my groceries in my truck of a white GMC canyon when I looked to my left a white car wasBacking up into me I was sitting on the mobile car apparently she didn’t see me when Jade saw that she immediately ran and got in front of me and the car and the lady driver was still backing up into Jade who kept screaming to stop finally she did I was worried she was going to hit Jade and I couldn’t help her I saw the lady kept backing up but, I was in a lot of pain and I couldn’t get my leg out to get out of the motor cart. Thank God for Jade my surgery was for March 12 if it hadn’t been for her saving my life I would have been severely injured. That was heroic what she did for me God bless her!! We hugged each other and Jade told me calmly to calm down before your drive your car and be safe going home I was blessed by God and her for her goodness and kindness she showed towards me I didn’t know her there are still good people in this worldAnd the color of your skin does not matter it’s the love in your heart. I needed to tell someone I called and spoke to a manager named Kenneth who explained how to express this on line.”
