  Got taken by this clown a few years back for about 2500. He had numerous complaints and was eventually arrested. Hopefully he is still rotting in a jail cell somewhere. Scary to see his company add still online. Avoid this clown at all costs. He will take your money and never show up if he indeed still in business.

  I think old Neal is currently in Jail for defrauding 2 people from St Martinville. He also faces extradition to 2 other parishes. He got me for 2300. I read reports where he got people for a lot more than that. I am sure once he gets out he will do it again as the reports I read he has been doing the same thing upwards... read full comment
