We hired them for an evening pick up, not only did they not show up but they also did not answer the phone multiple times, would have at least given a courtesy call the next day to explain and apologize if I had been them.

They didn't show up to a scheduled move, and didn't return my multiple calls or texts. I missed crucial deadlines due to their lack of communication. This caused me great expense and inconvenience.

These guys helped us move the “heavy “ items for our son from one upstairs apartment complex to another complex across town. They worked extremely fast. Their prices were fair especially for a job that wasn’t going to take more than 2 hours. Would definitely consider using them for future needs.

Great people and they do not waste time. Even though they might be cheaper than most, their service is top notch if not better than the more expensive movers.

I would've given a lower rating if I could. Cancelled on our interstate move one day before the move date. Highly unprofessional. Save your money and time and find someone more reliable.

Very hardworking and completed all tasks asked of them -moving things from one house to another one across town -quickly and efficiently. After moving furniture assisted in rug placement, put together beds, etc. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS!! I booked a move with LaFontaine for 3/4/2022 and called them to confirm twice. When they were an hour late, I called and left a message. Received a call back and was told that their first move that morning was running late, but that they were dropping off the last load and would call me when he was headed my way. No problem. Never heard from them again. I called and called and left messages, no response. No apology. Nothing. At 4:00, I finally had to accept that they weren't coming. It was Friday and we had to be out of our house by noon the following day. It was a NIGHTMARE.

I move every 6 months it seems. 3 times in 2020. LaFontaine Movers is more than reasonably priced and the only company when they say they’ll send a crew, they mean more than 2 people.Their employees aren’t college frat boys hung over and needing smoke breaks like other companies I won’t mention. They’ve never damaged my furniture like other companies I won’t mention.When I moved a couple of months ago they even moved my furniture around to see what fit better where. They’ll take your inventory when you call and give you a flat rate. No extra charges, no hourly charge, just that rate.

First time moving with them, and I will never use anyone else. Very friendly, professional and caring. Arrived on time and quickly moved our furniture.Not to mention, they are the most reasonably priced movers. Cannot go wrong with family movers.
