I PURCHASED A CHEVY TAHOE HERE AND I LOVE MY VEHICLE. THEY WERE LITERALLY A PHONE CALL AWAY FOR ANYTHING. THE PROCESS TOOK ABOUT 30-40 MINUTES AND WAS SMOOTH AND SEAMLESS.

Sandra.You are by far the most unprofessional individual that we have ever had to interact with. Highly disgusted with the way you speak to clients and how you address their concerns. Do better. If there was an option for 0 stars, you'd still deserve -3,000. Rude, condescending, RUDE, and just overall an unpleasant human to speak with. Very unwilling to assist people with valid concerns and should likely be the last person any of you other interested clients should speak to or do business with.Gross.
