I will never shop here again. After waiting 2 months for 2 leather recliners that had been ordered, the results were incredibly disappointing. I guess it was too much to expect perfection, but I got scratches in the leather, bunching up of the leather at seams, a seam across the TOP of ann arm and several other flaws. LaZBoy claimed it all met their standards, yet offered to have someone locally come out to stretch the leather, replace 2 arms and fix some of the other issues. Of course they won’t take them back and refund my money, not their policy. We haven’t used them yet, and all the flaws are still there. Every time I look at them I want to cry. So disappointing!

Sales team is amazing with helping and discussing all of the options that Lazy Boy has to offer, and they have a lot of!!!!!2nd purchase in a year. Great quality products ????

Service is atrocious. Have purchased multiple items over the years and had experienced great service and repair. Well no longer. Be prepared to stay on hold for 45 minutes only to be disconnected.There are other great stores that carry Lazy Boy I suggest you try them. It’s been three days still waiting to hear from someone!

Worst chair I’ve ever owned. So disappointed. This is not the quality LAZY Boy used to be They switched out the seat and back but won’t allow return and it’s still so uncomfortable that I can not stand it

My mom bought a recliner last month. The first night she sat on it, she could feel the springs by her tail bone. And the seat too. I could feel them. And I weigh 125 lbs. We called and since it was on sale, they could only exchange it for the floor model. Got that home. It was worse than the other one. She has dementia, but knows what's going on, she's 81. That was THE First store she had went in since February. She braved herself for that. My mom's friend called them up, and told them about it. The back had went way for down. And her feet was still reclined. I had to help her off it. They told my mom's friend to check the screws. They were loose. I tightened them. The back did it again. You wanted my feedback, well here it is. Ya'll knew about my mom when we went. It looks like yall could have a heart, and help her out. She always bought Lazy Boy. But she told yall, she will never buy another one . Have a good day.

Jeremy was very professional, helped me find the right recliner even after I chose one that didn't work for me. I always thought Lazyboy was too expensive for me but the prices were very competitive but the quality is top notch.

It has been weeks that I paid for a new recliner and I still do not have! I don’t know what the problem is, maybe you delivered it to the wrong place?? When can I expect my recliner?? Or do you want to give me my money back so that I can buy one elsewhere?
