If I could rate less than 1 star I would. I walked in to get a full set and asked for French tips nails and for the pricing for "long nails". She told me it $35 but when it was time to pay she told me it was $55. I didn't get the length I wanted and she stated that it was extra for gel polish and then told me she was only going to charge me $50, ( like she was doing me a favor), I asked her how is it that much when I literally discussed what I wanted and the prices before you even started doing my nails. She was the only person there doing nails and I already had to wait an hour. She argued with me about the price and then walked away with the phone in her hand. After a couple minutes I was like hello ma'am. She still had people in the lobby that still had not been waited on and told me she called the police on me! She threatened to "call the police also if I didn't sign the receipt! What a joke! I could have walked out without paying for this service but I'm not like her, I have integrity!!

Change price everytime even tho I get the same thing one day its 90 then 80 then 70 then 90 like what n tell me no u get no design I busy. Ok well went back to my old place n get exactly what I want for my money.

Went there and was greeted instantly with greetings and hugs from the staff the owner i believe her name was jolie was very polite then i was assisted by a strong man to my seat “i believe was her son” then kendra and valana worked on me hand and nail literally 10/10 service

Went to Jolie’s nail salon a few times back to back. Each time the price was higher and did not match the prices listed on the wall. Might I add, I asked for the same services. I tried to be reasonable and say maybe it was because of inflation. I later found out I was wrong. I took my 15-year-old daughter to get her nails done for the first time. She showed a picture that we found on the internet to Jolie of how she wanted them done and she told her, “I want them cut short like in the picture.” They were supposed to be short because she plays sports. Instead, Jolie made them long (much longer than the nails in the picture). When I got up to view the nails, expressed my concerns, and asked her to cut them down she said, “It’s too late. When she comes back I'll do it shorter.” The price on the chart was $25 for a full set with regular polish, which is what my daughter received. Jolie changed the price. She told me the price was originally $35 for a full set but she was going to charge her $30. She said it’s higher because of the length of the nails. WHAT??? That was nowhere on the price chart. Furthermore, my child never asked for that length, nor did I. It’s like going to McDonald's and ordering something on the menu and they throw in some fries and charge you extra for it when it’s time to pay. I’m very disappointed about what happened. It’s about the principal more than anything. How can you take advantage of a child? We are moving on to another nail salon that values and listens to its customers and honors their prices. I wouldn’t recommend this shady business!Service: Acrylic nails

Very unprofessional! Jolie argues with her customers and talks about them when they leave. I’ve witnessed customers accusing her of ripping them off. I didn't want to believe it until it happened to me, and my 90-year-old grandmother. They don't charge by the prices on their price chart. They eyeball all of their prices. Every time you go back for the exact same job they charge you a higher price. Her workers and she ripped me off too many times. No one (including Jolie’s employees) knows the prices to charge except Jolie, even though there's a price chart. I'm done with this nail salon. Not a place of integrity.
