Great shopping day. I do multiple crafts so when there’s a sale that includes fabric, yarn, thread, etc. this saves me time and money. The store’s stock on hand has improved!! I did not have to shop online with additional shipping costs.

They said they remodeled but it honestly looks worse than before. They have just moved items about but have not cleaned anything it is sooo dirty inside. There was even a large bit of toilet paper out on the floor!

I love Joann’s. I have to travel a bit to get to one. Every chance I get I stop. I have to say Lafayette Joann’s needs to clean up. Messy restroom and store. I will continue to shop Joann’s.

Was almost forced to pay a 25 restocking fee on an unopened factory sealed and wrapped sewing machine. Two different employees assured us that it only applied to opened equipment. These restocking fees are almost as ramped and unapplicable as some establishments asking for tips. Please get your stories straight and educate your staff.

Asked two workers for help with a special wreath. Neither one would help me. Both told me just to order it online but I was already at the store. Drove from Opelousas because it said online that the store had 18 in stock. Now it's costing me $10 for shipping.
