Diamond fell out of my wife’s engagement ring. It was under warranty, so the store sent it back to their main office to replace the stone on April 10th. We were told it would take a couple of weeks, now they are saying the end of July at the earliest.

We walked into the store just to look for wedding bands for our upcoming nuptials. Mrs. Mary sat us both down and showed us many options. She was never overly pushy and answered all the questions we had. My future husband had way more questions and was not as decided as I was. Not expecting to, but we walked out with two absolutely stunning bands and a set of equally beautiful earrings for me. We have been to different places looking at jewelry but definitely made the right decision to go to Jared’s. We will always go back for any future purchases. Thank you for making our day special.

Had a great experience shopping with my son. We spent time with an engaging young sales associate who was patient and worked really hard on helping my son make his selection. We ended up purchasing a Citizewach. The staff there is personable, professional yet very approachable.

I was helped by miss danielle Thornton and let me just say, after going to literally every other jewelry store in the area she was the only person that made the process as straight forward and least stressful as possible, she was able to work with my budget even if I didn't have one which was a breath of fresh air compared to everyone else that just wanted me to spend my entire life savings, Danielle will be my go to for all future jewelry purchases upgrades and services and I could not recommend her enough to those who are looking for that special something.P.s. y'all should really consider giving her some kind of bonus because I wasn't even going to buy anything until Danielle came along and made me feel like family lol so again a huge thanks to Mrs. Thornton for making my holiday season everything I hoped it would be and more!

The Lafayette location has the nicest staff! Blake was my associate. Upon walking in I was unsure if today would be the purchase of a new item. I browsed another location on this specific piece but never felt prompted to do the purchase. Blake made my husband and I feel welcome, listened to our specific requests, took the extra steps to ensure our specific requests could be met…after about 15 minutes in the store, as to 3 months of other location and online, we knew Blake would take care of what we wanted precisely. Thank you Blake! Excited about my piece!

Went there yesterday to buy a watch, it was a less-than-$400-watch, but I was treated as if I was buying their most expensive jewelry! Much respect to the super friendly and professional staff, they were all great, kind and attentive!! I was really impressed!
