Miss Marvell is amazing!!Angels really do walk among us disguised as wonderful people as Miss Marvell. My husband and I had used Jackson Hewitt in the past it had been some years since and we had some tax concerns after calling around several places and three different Jackson Hewitt locations we came upon Miss Marvell!! From the moment she answered the phone she was extremely professional, very caring, & knowledgeable she answered all of my questions, concerns, eased my mind and stress that I was having. I then went in the next week to meet with her words can't explain how she went above and beyond to help us, making sure she had the exact answers with complete confidence doing everything she could to help us, she was very caring and it showed as we were a complicated situation. I left from that meeting feeling so thankful I found Miss Marvell. The next week when we went in to finish up we were so amazed at what all she had done for us, how much she had helped us!!! She is a godsend!!! We can't say enough about her and thank her enough!!! Go see Miss Marvell she really will take care of you!!! Miss Marvell again thank you so very much!!! L

Jackson Hewitt won my repeat business by their professionalism. Always friendly and courteous. I like that I get to work with the same professional year after year. She knows me by name when I come through the door. She remembers details from my last tax return even before she reviews it. Makes me feel that she cares about the details and is totally tuned in to what she is doing.

Ms Marvelle is amazing, she is always so helpful. She makes tax time so easy for me. I call and ask questions until I go in to actually do my taxes.
