We’ve always had good things to say about this place until we had the color changed on two separate phones. They messed up both phones when they changed the color and refused to give us our money back. So if you do plan on returning something don’t count on getting your money back. Even if they mess it up they don’t want to return the money. All sales are final here which is disappointing considering the fact that they messed up the phones…

This is my "go-to" for iPhone and laptop issues. Brennan and his team are efficient and very much customer-service oriented. You will not deal with a nicer group of tech professionals when it comes to servicing and repairing those items in a timely and efficient manner. I highly recommend iPhone Lafayette.

Will be going elsewhere from now on. Brought in 2 older but still supported iPads to have the glass/digitizer replaced on them both due to the glass being cracked. Was quoted $150 each to repair, asked if there would be any possible issues repairing and was told no there wouldn’t be. Nearly 2 weeks go by without any contact from them so I reach out to see what’s up; to then find out that one was complete but the home button on the other had to be replaced and they were waiting for it to come in. The home button worked when it was dropped off so I assumed it was accidentally damaged during the repair process and that they were replacing it at no charge.At pickup they both worked as I expected. But after 10 min of use, getting halfway through a factory reset; the home button that was replaced stopped working and felt a bit “sunken in”. So I text them back at the number they texted me they were ready from, and that person acknowledged something may be wrong and to bring it in and they will fix it. At this point all is well, I’m glad they’ll take care of it.I bring it into the shop the next business day and explain that the home button doesn’t work and someone there told me it would be fixed. And the guy I spoke with basically told me that there was nothing that could be done, as if this just happens sometimes. And that they already replaced the home button for free, (as if I should be appreciative) though that wasn’t part of the original quote or repair scope. After I pleaded that if it were told to me up front there was a chance of unrepairable damage to the home button that I would have not opted for the repair and instead put that money towards a new iPad instead of “gambling”with my $150. Still no offer to try and make it right, refund a portion of the cost or anything.So now I have an iPad I paid $150 to repair…only to trade one problem for another. And the shop/employee I spoke with couldn’t have cared less.Up until this final interaction today, I was impressed. But not now, I most definitely will be bringing my business elsewhere. Hopefully to someone that will spell out all possible outcomes before accepting my payment, or when they don’t or run into something unforeseen, someone who has the integrity to realize they need to make it right, and at the very least an offer of some sort of compensation when it can’t be rectified.

Amazing service and great quality products. I came in to get a new screen protector for my iPhone 13 pro and the staff at iPhone Lafayette had a new screen protector as well as a camera protector installed within minutes. Only place i trust for my iPhone repairs now!

I had a screen replaced on my iPhone here. The very next day i noticed my phone over heating and the battery draining faster than usual. Either my screen was assembled incorrectly or they used a bad replacement screen. After bringing my phone back they told me there was nothing they could do, as i glanced at the 90 day warranty on the wall behind him. Go to The Orchard to get your screen fixed.
