“My husband and I have been customers for 17 years and the reason has been the great customer service we have always gotten, however, that service was being questioned by us recently when we called the customer service line to add a line to our plan and get a new phone. The order got all messed up and our plan got changed to something we didn't even want. However, our faith was restored today after visiting the store in person. The gentleman who helped us was not only very helpful and knowledgeable, but very friendly and patient with us, as well. He listened to all of our concerns and questions and addressed each and every one. You could tell that he really enjoyed helping us and his job. We left completely satisfied and happy and will always go to that store when we need help, moving forward.”

“Our Rep was Max LeBlanc and he was fantastic. He took his time and explained all the details about our plan and even helped get our Netflix account set up to pay by T Mobil and stopped our payments from our account. Very kind and considerate. Also the store was nice and quiet and calming. My wife and I had gone the night before to the store near the mall. It was noisy and crowded with too much pink neon lights in the store and the salesperson was trying to upsell their products and not much help with getting phones unlocked. So props to the store in Target shopping center.”
