I was extremely disappointer with a previous service, specifically by PepBoys manager. I thought the issue of an engine light being on was a simple matter of computer analysis to determine the trouble. I subsequently realize I needed to visit Hub City to resolve the issue/issues. Hub City not only diagnosed the mistake(s) PepBoys made, but resolved my truck's issues. Not only was I pleased with the service and friendly assistance of the personnel, but I had assumed the total bill would have been about three times higher than it actually was.

Service is extremely hard to schedule. I needed a brake light switch replaced and was told the first available time was 3 weeks. I called Ross Tire, they changed it the next day. This is the 3rd time I have been told 2 to 3 weeks wait. I bought my Expedition from them, but will be going elsewhere for my purchase next year.

Parts department and sales are pretty good but maintenance is a crazy mess. Last time I went to “Quick Lane” they wanted to take my car for 2 days.

I have had car body work and repairs done at Hub City Ford two times and find the work of good quality and the service and attention very good. My car is not a Ford. No matter

Purchased my vehicle from Hub City Ford and called to see if I could bring it in for them to look at. The transmission was making a horrible noise. They told me the earliest they could schedule me was November 6. Six weeks away. What type of customer service is that. This will be the last vehicle I purchase from Hub City.

I have bought my last 4 trucks from here. They know how to treat people and have never left me to find my own ride. I have always had a truck to drive if there was service that needed to be done to mine.

I spent over $3000 in October fixing my for explore. When I picked up my vehicle it was fine started it after 2 days and it was making a loud noise. Called and was told it may make a noise but shouldn’t hear it. Keep in mine when I brought the vehicle in for service it NEVER MADE A SOUND! I called again because I could smell burned plastic and the noise was louder was told give it 3 months and it will be checked again. Brought my truck in for a oil change claimed they never heard the noise. My truck got backed into so i brought it there to check and it needed body work. Got everything fixed radiator and front plastic piece. Truck still making noise and now moving slow no power. Bring it back there to get it checked (had to wait a month before they could get me in) only for them to tell me I need another motor. Keep in mind they went in my motor last October. After many attempts to get in contact with someone.. anyone and even going up there they are refusing to talk or answer a phone call. I will Never again go to Hub City Ford for anything. I also had a warranty. Shop elsewhere!!

Straight forward. We saw the van online. Called and asked about it. They held it for us to come look at. Everything they told us on the phone checked out in person. I ask for their best deal and I believe they gave it to me. We bought the van and was able to purchase a warranty. Well worth the drive.

This was my first car buying experience and Nicole made it so effortless. I called at 3pm to check if they had any bronco sports in stock and the keys were in my hand by 6pm. They got me a great interest rate on a new car in a terrible economy ?? needless to say, I’ll always buy my vehicles from hub city ford! Thank you Nicole!!

It took nearly three weeks to fix a door handle and a still undetermined cause for the vehicle not starting. When i purchased the expensive warranty from Hub City, I was told that for any issues I could drop off the vehicle at Hub City and they would take it to Service Chevrolet for repairs. Rather than send it to a dealer, it was sent to a much smaller shop without my knowledge or consent to perform the warranty work. No one ever provided a direct answer as to the starting issue as the battery and charging system passed testing. I was essentially told it had to be a dead cell in the battery but no one was really sure. Without being sure it would correct the problem and not leave my wife stranded somewhere, I opted to replace the battery and buy a portable jump starter. This was the best option to a non-diagnosis of the problem. As for the delays, the unlock button on the driver's door handle didn’t work. A new handle was ordered at some point. No clue when since the shop didn’t keep my maintenance advisor at Hub City informed so he therefore did not keep me informed. Here’s the kicker that really gets me: the shop they sent my vehicle to did not have the ability to “spray paint” the door handle. They therefore had to send the handle to yet another unknown location that apparently did have a downdraft paint booth and could/actually did properly paint the handle. This seems like something, I don’t know, like a dealership could handle (no pun intended). Service Chevrolet would have been a one stop shop for the repair. Hub City could have even painted the door handle but instead just waited to hear from the shop. The only reason my service experience gets two stars is because my sales professional was able to secure a loaner vehicle for the entire time we needed while we waited for our car to be fixed. Also, had the shop they sent it to not had good reviews for many years, I would be filing complaints instead of writing a generous 2 star review. Interestingly enough, I didn’t receive an email to leave feedback for the $7500 in repairs they found were needed on my truck last year - a service 4x4 light came on and my a/c squeaked. It turned out I “needed” a new differential and blower for the a/c. Picked it up after a few weeks and the a/c no longer blew cold. Brought it back and was told I now had a leak in my a/c coils that was “in no way related to the work they just did on the a/c.” That tacked on another $3k making the total about $7500. This took place while I was purchasing the Traverse. Would have bought another truck instead of paying that much for repairs had I known they would keep finding things. Not the first time but will be the last time unless something changes for the better over there.

I took my truck in for a simple front brake change. I was not having in problems with my truck other than that. I pick up the truck after they changed brake pads, rotors, and calibers. I drove my truck and the front driver's side started smoking. I called service and I brought it back in. They determined caliber was sticking. They changed and road tested and the opposite caliber stuck. This is the only vehicle I have and now I'm told it would be at least 2 or 3 days before they can determine what could be wrong. They said because it got hot they couldn't check it out and that was 1 day ago. I know that it cooled off yesterday. I told them that the ABS light came on occasionally and I was told that could be the problem and it would take a few days to run the test. This is absurd. I'm sure they did not expect this to happen but neither did I. The service at Hub City was way better then that in the past. Not happy.

Bought a truck from Garrett Richard at Hub City. They were excellent to deal with. Unfortunately Garrett is no longer with them, but the dealership is still top notch

I had warranty work and recalls to be done on my Ford Mustang. From the moment I called and made my appointment to the time I picked up my car I felt truly valued as a customer. The service department is top notch and communication was superb.
