This Honda dealership has the best salesman. Just don't go in there thinking you going to get a deal. If you want friendly people and a good place this is the place. If you want to make a better deal travel somewhere else.

One week ago I bought a 2024 Honda 520 rubicon. The bike does everything it’s supposed to do and there is nothing wrong with it. My issue is that the bike does 44 mph top speed when my buddy has the identical bike except 2 years older and his does almost 60. This is a work package bike, geared lower. The salesman apparently don’t know what they are selling because mr Kenny told me that first gear is a granny gear but never mentioned anything else about this and when I brought it back for them to check it out, he tries making excuses about my body weight (240) or tire size and terrain. If your going to be a salesman, at least you should know your product. He also told me that he’d have their mechanic check it out which didn’t happen. I’m a mechanic with over 20 years experience and he wants to try to fool me!!!!

Received an email notification saying that there was a recall on a piece of power equipment I purchased from Honda. So I came here to get the needed work done to fix the issue. Derrick was working in the service department when I went by. Very nice young man who was very helpful.

Mr. Louis in the service department was top notch! We're passing through from texas & needed a tire,tube changed. They jumped on it quick & had me back fast. Not sure of the other gentleman in the lobby, top notch individual. Highly recommended this dealership if your passing through the area & need good service

Service department is top notch Derek always fixes my pioneer right the first time. I wouldn’t bring my bike anywhere else! If you don’t want to bring your bike to some side shop, where you gonna throw a bunch of money at it bring it to honda of Lafayette they will get you right guaranteed
