Overall, not a bad experience. The room was clean, but walls were paper thin (like hear my neighbor snoring thin) and most of the soap dispensers were empty. With little to no one staying in the hotel (judging by cars present for 2 days) it would have been nice to have some space between me and my neighbor.

the staff at this hotel rate way above the norm. easy check in and everyone was more than friendly when I needed anything. The breakfast was hot and lots of variety. Stay here!

The room was no good unfortunately. I thought the cleaning service cleaned these rooms after people checkout. We checked into the room for a one night stay late, and the room was dirty. Trash was still in the cans and no clean towels. We already moved our stuff into the room and it's close to midnight so who wants to change rooms at that point? Just a huge inconvenience. Please do better.

Located at a nice and quiet street, with big and clean rooms and bathrooms. Especially bathroom was very clean and had all the amenities needed.Rooms: Big, clean and nice comfortable rooms.Safety: Located at a safer place.Food & drinks: Not huge options for eating out closer by, but some really nice restaurants at a short distance.

Keys didn’t work. No coffee pot in room. Tv didn’t work. Carpet was dirty even the clock didn’t work. Had to change rooms after a long travel day. Very disappointed. IHG member for years. Could save money with shopping around just always have used Holiday Inn for travel

Nice hotel with a gym, pool and hot breakfast.The staff on site were nice and friendly, eager to help with dinner suggestions to a traveler.Great job guys!!

I am a long time hotel guest of IHG properties but today hit a new low for the brand. I was sound asleep when in walked a couple into my room. They had room keys to my room. I had to call front desk from my cell phone as hotel phone didn't work to report the incident. Attendant said a mix-up had occurred. No kidding - a mixup!!! All I got from attendant was "apologizes". No manager to speak with or available after hours. Thus far - first night I am NOT impressed. The opportunity to rectify was equally squandered.

I gave 5 stars, I work at the hotel and I stand by the 5 stars. All of us at Holiday Inn Express & Suites South do our very best to make your stay with us feel like home; we serve a hot breakfast every morning, our rooms cleaned daily by our housekeeping staff, and greeted with a smile from our frontdesk staff. Book online or walk in and enjoy what Holiday Inn Express & Suites South has to offer.

This was the single worst hotel experience I've ever had. The place wasn't super clean during my stay but I figured that's just kind of what you get for this price point. I began getting itchy towards the end of my stay and by the time I got home, I was completely covered with bed bug bites. Not only did I have to purge my whole house, but customer service didn't want to do anything for me since I didn't report it until after my stay. A little sympathy would've gone a long way, I had to shave my dog for Christ's sake.

My first visit here they had changed My room after a couple nights and put me in a room with bedbugs. I didn't notice until I laid down for bed and when I told the front desk they told me to tell morning shift. The Next time I decided to come back for another stay, they waited until 11pm to kick me out over my cat which they knew I had. They then made me pay 2 separate 300 dollar fees along with 160 I had paid that morning for the room and both my deposits. If I hadn't had the money, they were going to try and have me arrested.

Stayed here with my mother so she could have heart surgery the next day. Hotel itself was OK but once back home we noticed a 200.00 charge to my mother's card. Called to see why and was told it was a smoking fee and the manager would call me Monday. ONCE I finally talked to Laurie the manager she told me she would not return this fee because we was smoking something other than cigarettes in our room. My mother is a heart patient that sleeps on oxygen but manager wouldn't refund my mom's money . DON'T STAY HERE THEY STEAL FROM THIER ELDERLY/SICK CUSTOMERS.

Obviously there's a lot of 1 star reviews on here for this dump. I would travel far away from this roach motel and it's crazy manager. We left and stayed at Springhill suites down the street it was great.

Drive on by! Mattress was terrible. A/c noises all day and night. Breakfast was uneditable!
