I went there last night to see Mia Borders. There was nowhere to sit and have the things we wanted to drink they did not have.
Hard to believe they wouldn’t have Crown .
They need to get it together before they have another show there. I would never go back to that place on the website. It look like they had food, but they do not have food and barely have anything to drink. Would not recommend this place!

A brand new location for an event. The two rooms are absolutely beautiful. Interesting fixtures a d colors on the walls. Natural wood in the dance area. Just gorgeous for Any event. And I'm sure they will have great music as with the hideaway. I'm also sure they will have a great food Because the food at the Hideaway on Lee is outstanding. Can't wait to see what other things Hideaway Hall has to offer

Gorgeous venue! Hideaway Hall has got an unexpectedly classy, Roaring ‘20s-style vibe, with so much attention to detail. The main room is decorated tastefully, fun enough for a wild Cajun dance party, but neutral enough for a very unique wedding reception. I’d love to see themed events happen in the blue bar, like a murder mystery dinner or mafia party or something that would blend in so seamlessly with the look of this venue. I hope they’ll be opening it up more often, and that they’ll bring different styles of music to Lafayette as well.

The place once known as the Schilling Shack has come under knew ownership and is completely remodeled and is now called Hideaway Hall. Very classy update although it still has that historic vibe.

The Shack has always been a great place for parties and get togethers. It's not fancy, but it's clean and has tons of character, with plenty of space both inside and out. I have been to many parties at The Shack and have enjoyed myself at every party!
