They have horrible customers service and they never have the vehicle you reserved. They will try and give you a smaller vehicle or charge you more for a vehicle that is the same size as the one you reserved.

I recently came from Alaska to visit family in Lafayette. I needed a rental car during my stay. Mr. Ryan was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC and the service overall was EXCEPTIONAL!
