I called to speak to someone about my confirmation through priceline. The lovely lady first of all told me there weren't any cars available, which left me dumbfounded. Secondly, she was very short and abrupt! She bately even gave me a chance to speak. Like she was eating a hot donut and didnt want it to get cold.Thirdly, she hung up on me. I so kindly called her right back and told her the old me would have cursed her out and told her about herself. Instead I told her how she was unprofessional and had horrible customer service. And then I quickly hung up on her! I hope she enjoyed that donut!

I rented a rental car one way to Houston. The Hertz rental people wrote down the wrong mileage from when I left Lafayette I only drove around 350 miles, but according to them, I drove 800 miles. This is horrible book work. I’ll never rent from them again and would not recommend renting from this location.

Y'all, just please believe the other reviews and either pick a different rental company overall or a different location, DO NOT COME TO THIS ONE! THEY ARE RUDE! We come up to pick up our rental and she's like "Idk why they let you pay because i don't have any cars." Offered no help or customer service. She just looked like she was disgusted that we were there to begin with. Never again! DO BETTER! Y'all have had horrible reviews for years this is insane.

Attempted 2 different times to rent a vehicle through an insurance claim and both times was unsuccessful. The 1st experience we showed up during their lunch time so instead of one of the workers waiting on us, they asked us to come back.. only to tell us that they didn't even have a vehicle available. The 2nd attempt was this morning, after the insurance company made the reservation 2 weeks ago. I called to check on the status of the inventory and the lady stated they had just opened and she would return my call. She never did. The staff at this location is unhelpful and seems as if they just don't care. Save yourself the time and energy and go to the Pinhook location!

It was a bad experience, Hertz apparently has no way of knowing how to update their online info to go along with what vehicles they have or don't have in stock.I went all the way to a rental place after booking online and paying the fee they required online for the hold of the car. When I got there I was informed that they had no vehicles available, and didn't know when they would have any returned. Hertz need to update their system to know when vehicles are out, and due dor return and have it reflect with the online system for renters to know if vehicles are available or not. Wasted trip and time. On top of that it will take 4 to 5 business days to receive my money back. They can take your money that day, but can't give it back that day. Sad so Sad. Less then half a star in my book.

Very horrible customer service and a inconvenience to customers. I was called from the company with a pick up time and date and when it was time for me to pick up my rental they goes to forward to say that they don't have anything available. When it was all scheduled & booked. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If I could go less than 0 on stars I would.

If I could give several stars I would best place ever. Best customer service ever great business. Treat their customers very wonderful. My experience was the best I left from there within mins but best to call before and have everything ready. Most definitely getting my rentals from there againnn!!!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. the older woman who works customer service is EXTEMELY rude. New and improved customer service is needed if they want this place to stay open. I’d give 0 stars if possible. goodluck to everyone trying this place LOL

This is the worst rental location ever!!! If I could give them negative stars I would!! I booked a rental car 3 weeks in advance and paid for the rental in advance. Go to pick up the car and they have no rentals and they offered no help at all. They are rude and I would never ever recommend them to anyone!!! I had to fight with customer service for almost 3 hours to get another rental at another location. Do yourself a favor and do not rent from them!!!
