Worst customer service ever. I brought my 2022 Honda HYBRID to get an oil change. Apparently the technicians are not trained to ensure certain standards and protocols are followed. I sat on the phone during the service. After pulling in the oil changing terminal, Gabriel told me to pop my hood. After completing my oil change he tells me to turn ON my car, then I let him know that my car is STILL on and has BEEN on. He looked very shocked and worried. My friend who was on the phone with me during my service said, you sat there and he NEVER told you to turn off your car. Gabriel walked to the side and worriedly spoke to one of his coworkers. I was advised by a friend to call another company and mechanic to find out if my car could be at risk for issues or if it was ok for my car to be on while an oil change is conducted. I then called the Honda dealership. The service technician said my car being on during an oil change is a MAJOR problem. I called the rude, arrogant manager Dion and told him my concern. He tried to down play it and act as if everything would be ok with my car. He never apologized or tried to make the matter right. He was very dismissive. He then made a point to call Honda dealer after I spoke to him to attempt to get more info as if I was dumb. To make matters worse, even eluded to the fact that I made up calling the Honda dealer to inquire about the service standard and protocols done during a routine oil change. That was all after I called to tell him I was pissed I was and wanted a full refund because my car could be up for issues in the future and I was lied to and misinformed about what happened being "ok" and nothing was wrong with my car. When I went back to Master Lube, Dion the manager said there's nothing that could be done and no refund because he called and Honda and "they" said it's ok. This was after my phone call to him complaining and him telling me that he can only refund the form of payment I used. I was late for work and told him I made a trip back to the shop because I was very dissatisfied with the entire experience. He wasted my time, charged me over $100 for an oil change that I didn't have the option of selecting, then didn't make matters right after I called with my concerns and being upset. Rude Dion the owner had me waiting in the office over 15 minutes, never apologized, went back and forth with me letting me know how my engine was not on, etc. He kept referring to my Hybrid car as electric. My car still runs on gas and requires routine oil changes . It's not a Tesla which runs only on battery. MASTER LUBE was a business I patronized for over 5 years. I supported this business and respected it as a small business owner. DION is a rude, arrogant, jerk saying how he's been in business for 42 yrs, went on to say how I can't tell him how to run his business. I asked that the receipt be documented to show what was done and how my car was not turned off during my oil change. But if you are running a reputable, honest business, my request should have NOT been a problem. He refused to document the receipt because he and his business know what they did was WRONG & they did not want to hold any liability. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! They will ruin or damage things on your car and not be honest. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!

I was warned about my emissions sticker and the same day I was able to go to 500 Pinhook road to find a great bunch of guys that took care of the problem within ten minutes. Great guys, great service, great price and great location; you would think there would be a problem with traffic but there was no issue. I was in town from Youngsville after 4pm. I would tell everyone to go there for Inspection stickers and from the other reviews I will go there for my oil changes. Good eye candy for the girls, too.

I brought my car here for a simple tire plug. The guy was visibly struggling to put on the plug, he had to do it twice. He was very rude to me while putting on the plug as well. Then he said it was on and everything was good. I left satisfied and then that night when I got into my car the tire light was on and it was no longer a slow leak but a fast leak because he made a bigger hole. I will never go back, this is not the first bad experience I have had here.

In a time of need, the team at Master Lube came up big time!!! My truck was over due for an oil change (my fault) and I found out the hard way that my vehicle needed a special type and it was out everywhere. Note that this happened during the oil shortage a few weeks ago. This was my 4th stop/attempt in a journey around the city and when I pulled up and asked if they had the oil, they said yes without hesitation (they may have thought I was a little crazy for my excitement). Quick and friendly service.

This place is conveniently next to my job and I enjoy having a quick oil change before lunch. It takes no more than 10 minutes and the guys are pretty friendly and professional. The only thing I do not like about this place is that they put in a different type of oil that I am not accustomed to. Being that my truck is an older model, I want the best quality oil!

I just called to ask if they do inspections and a couple follow up questions regarding the inspections. Man answers, does not say yes or no to inspections but tells me to call after 1 and hangs up on me. Definitely not coming to this place.

Brought my car to get an oil change and tire rotation. Asked the young guy how much. He said $25 for the rotation and $56 for the oil change. Thought that was a damn good price. Asked him about how long the wait time was. I said is it about an hour? He said oh no sir, about 35-40 minutes. An hour after dropping it off they had just pulled it into the garage. Then the young guy got my information. He came back 5 minutes later and told me he quoted me the wrong price for the oil change unless I wanted regular oil. I said no, that car has to have full synthetic. He started asking me more questions about the oil and how many miles each one was good for. I said look at the sticker on the windshield, use whatever they put in last. So the total wait time was an 1 hour and 10 minutes and the total price was $115
