The cashier was wonderful she's good at what she does... The other guys not so much... One guy acted as though I didn't know what I was talking about when I told him the size tire I need for my wagon... He suggested I was talking about a wheelbarrow!!! I am not clueless I know the difference between the two things... Very chauvinistic.. When a female customer needs help, try listening to her first...no the stocker was upset because she called for the tire in the stockroom but there was some on the floor display

A good place overall for "around the house" craftsman project grade tools compared to buying professional quality tools at a substantial amount more and not really getting enough usage out of them. I've bought some real hit and misses over the years.

If a man has one of every item should here, he would want for nothing at all! Need I say more? The lower than low prices are always great. However its the great staff and friendly service that keeps me coming back

I go to the store with a "20% Off of any single item" coupon for the Father's Day weekend. Picked out a few items and went to check out. I told the lady at the counter that I had a coupon for one of my items. She scans all items first and then wants to see my coupon to scan the barcode on the coupon. She then tells me that the discount is ONE DOLLAR because there are "exclusions" and the cheapest item that I had was the only thing that was getting a discount. I told her that it says "20% off of any single item" and where does it "Exclude" any of the all other items that I had on the counter? She kept saying that it was in the fine print and the "exclusions" were in the fine print, like she was being a B on purpose. I was with my wife who doesn't like confrontations so I just let it go. It's a shame that some low class "worker" can ruin my business with Harbor Freight but I'm not going back. Ever.
