I was really disappointed with how the balls were shipped. Basically 2-12 pack boxes of Titleist ProV1X just stuffed in a USPS padded mailer that barely fit the 2 boxes. And while that may seem fine, the problem is the main boxes on the outside as well as the sleeve boxes (containing the balls) on the inside were crushed. So, giving them as gifts, the boxes look worn and used because they are literally crushed. The balls themselves are fine, but the appearance when giving as a gift is a bit embarrassing. I expected more from a shipping perspective to protect the integrity of the boxes and would have even paid more for shipping to do so. In the end, I was quite disappointed. I mean - really?? Is that the best you can do? It only takes a small amount of effort - yet a large amount of pride - to make sure you deliver your products to customers that actually look and feel new, because the ARE NEW!

I ordered three dozen Callaway custom printed balls with alignment lines. After opening the first sleeve or two and using them I noticed the alignment line was off-center and running at an angle which defeats the purpose of the line! I sent an email to customer service that went unresponded for 4 days so I called customer service. The representative informed me I could return the two dozen unopened packages but they were unwilling to refund me for the partial dozen that was mismarked because they only accept full dozens back even though they're mismarked! He said they would only refund me the $10 fee for the Miss mark on the dozen I had partially used but not refund me anything for the golf balls which are pretty much seconds and not what I paid for. To me, they sold me an inferior product that was clearly a mistake on their part and I should be eligible for a full refund. I think it is a bad policy that they won't own up to their errors in full. I will simply no longer do business with this company or refer anyone to them.

I’ve bought golf balls and set of new clubs for my great nephew in high school here. Very pleased with the staff and service I would recommend highly and I will be back.

I would give it 0 stars but that is not an option. My husband tried to buy golf shoes from them. They ship the wrong shoe and wrong size then they don't have the shoe that was online. Big run around for 2 weeks and no golf shoe to show for it. My husband will never order from there again.

we ordered personal golf balls for a birthday present, paid for expedited shipping. two days after we were supposed to receive them we called they said there is a mishap with production and they would ship them overnight. After not receiving confirmation of shipment, we called back now we're supposed to receive them in five days.The only reason I gave two stars was because they did answer their phone, but it was a lie after lie. just be aware.

Golfballs.com was an amazing experience. I was after a specific golf ball with my custom logo and needed them in less than a week. I placed my order completely online late in the day on Tuesday using just expedited shipping and had them by Thursday. Thank you for your incredible service!!! It's rare to find these days and you nailed it!

I placed a simple order of 12 pack Customized golf balls. I selected the express delivery for $15.90 I received the package on time however it did not have the 12 customized golf balls. The packaging was mangled and thrown together, only had 7 golf balls and customized print had other logos which I was not made aware of. Overall very disappointed , This was a gift for a friend's first golf tournament. When I called the customer service line I was sent to voicemail no matter what department I selected. I have sent an email requesting a refund and waiting for a response.

Ordered 3 dozen golf balls on February 23. Expected delivery date shown on receipt was March 1st. Emailed with no response March 4th. Went online and did chat only to find out that one of the dozen is unavailable. Terrible communication as I have been waiting and wondering. The dozen that they cannot supply was a specific advertisement item and they are blaming on supplier. Never again. One star is too many

I had a great experience working with Josh on custom golf balls. Within a week of first talking with him I had the golf balls in hand. He was very responsive and the custom logo I gave him looks perfect. I will definitely order from them again!

My complaint is not in the quality of the merchandise. I was pleased with the personalized golf balls and the golf shirt. My complaint lies in the packaging. The golf balls were shipped in an envelope so that when I received them, the interior box was smashed which made the gift look cheap and tacky. The golf shirt was wadded up inside of tissue paper and shipped in an envelope. I had to iron the shirt before I could wrap and give as a present. Come on people! Surely, you can do better than this!

ordered custom golf balls as a Christmas present and after 2 weeks of hearing nothing I reached out only to find out they had no intention of sending me the golf balls as I am in Canada, however they not only guaranteed arrival by Christmas but there was also no indication anywhere in the process of purchasing $60 golf balls and $30 for shipping that they could not send it to Canada. This company is incredibly unorganized and I believe 1 star is generous.
