Troy and Kip were both awesome and very helpful in getting us into the vehicle we were after, would highly recommend either of these guys if you’re looking for a new Subaru!

I almost bought a car here but backed out at the last minute. If you are looking for a car I highly recommend that you give Antonio a call. He is a super nice guy and did not pressure me when I backed out of the purchase.

This is a month overdue and I'm embarrassed because I lost my Service Reps name. Brittany (I'm hoping) was absolutely heaven sent. The professionalism and genuine kindess she presented made my whole experience with Giles Subaru a very pleasant one. I was visiting from out-of-state and my newly purchased used vehicle decided the radio was going to go kerplunk, in addition to a screw making my tire its new dwelling. Brittany handled EVERYTHING! For that, I'm grateful! Kudos to you and your team. Thank you so much!

Dropped my 2022 Outback at Giles Subaru for service. Giles service department found the oil pan needed to be re-sealed that would take a couple of days to repair. Giles Subaru service department loaned us a vehicle till repairs were completed. Repairs were completed and vehicle's were swapped. Two days latter, a female from Giles Subaru service called and informed me that a charge will be on my credit card for a chip in the window. If I am responsible for the chip, I will pay for it. The chip is not the reason for my single star rating, the lady who called was rude, short, and unpleasant. I bought this Subaru as a complete package, vehicle, sales, and service, and this was my second Subaru. This will my last Giles purchase.

We love our outback ... this is our 2nd car through Subaru... but after today I will no longer buy a car from them . They did some repair on my car that was under warranty s with an oil pan issue and said it was a common issue . So they told me. I needed to get a rental. I use a cane and have issues with with my back so I can not walk around the car to see if there are any dings in it . I drove the car from the dealership to my house 1 stop at grocery store. I got a call after I dropped the car off on Saturday to get mine that there was a Crack in the windshield .now I know that it did not get hit by anything so we did not put a Crack in the window and it was stored covered. But they still are charging me for something I did not do. I will not buy another car from Giles ever again.

If I could rate Giles Subaru a zero, I would. They are unresponsive and do not follow-through on promises. We bought a truck in Nov 2023. There were papers pushed in front of us that were unnecessary. Of course, the more options added, the more money they make from the sale. The big issue is that they use a third party to manage vehicle registration. That vendor has screwed up our title, and it has been suspended. We found that out in March. Since then we have called SEVERAL TIMES - the sales person, financing, and even the GM. NO ONE HAS RETURNED OUR CALL. The title is still in Giles' name, and we cannot get help to correct this issue. The only time we can get assistance is to appear unannounced in person. Since November, we have made 3 unannounced trips, each one a 3-hour round trip! We recommend you not buy anything from this vendor! Stay away.

Salesman was Kip Cormier. Superior service from Kip and dealership. Would definately shop there again. Kip and dealership went above and beyond to make our purchase go smoothly. Great service and great people. Highly recommend.

Bought my Subaru Outback in October of 2022 and have had a couple of issues (my fault). The service department has been WONDERFUL to deal with. Can’t say this about other service departments I’ve worked with in the past, but I can definitely say this about Giles!

I bought my last car from Giles 3 years ago and had a really good experience, so I figured why not, I'll drive 150 miles to have that experience again...WRONG!! I'm not sure what happened to this dealership since, but it isn't good. These shysters started nit picking everything about the trade (that we bought here three years ago) so as to de-value it. The Subaru site gave us the "guaranteed price" of the trade and the dealership decided to offer me $3,000 below because it had a scratch (see photo of the $3,000 scratch). REALLY? As I write this, sitting here in the dealership after going back and forth with the minions, I'm reminded of how much I hate this whole fight. It's a beautiful day outside and I'm sitting here wasting my time 3 hours so far) wrestling with these guys who are only interested in squeezing every nickel they can from you. Now they're hassling my wife for some more money for a Starlink subscription she already has from the car we bought here. Geeze, when will this end..Wait, it gets better! After they took our trade to look at it, they parked it in s handicap spot (see photo). Is someone handicapped? This is the last time I will darken this doorstep. For anyone reading this post: If you know what's good for you, my advice is to negotiate the ENTIRE DEAL online and just show up with a check - waste their time, instead of the other way around. A note to the dealership: I know you want to address this post, but there is nothing you can say to make any of what I am experiencing right now better. If you want to see how a car dealership is supposed to deal with their customers, check out the post I left for Greg LeBlanc Toyota. Already bought three pickup trucks from them and will be going back for the 4th when I'm ready. Oh, and by the way, restock the paper towels in the bathroom - your customers shouldn't have to tell you that. Now that you mention it, there is something else... Apparently there was a $50 gift card being offered by Subaru that I was supposed to get for taking a test drive (which I did). Is this another Subaru policy that your dealership chooses to ignore - like the "Guaranteed Trade In Certificate of Value"? I know what to expect from any "run of the mill" dealership, but betraying my trust makes it SO MUCH WORSE.
3/7/2024 Update: Giles just called my wife - apparently they forgot to have her sign paperwork on the trade in. Who is running that show over there???
3/13/2024 Update: The saga continues... I just received the title to my trade in the mail. Guess I still own the car - Yay! Can't wait to see what's next!
