Atmosphere: Ladies working the service area were not openly rude but they did not have an inviting attitude.Service: Unable to speak to an actual mechanic about the problem. Everything is through text which works if you're an introvert but even still it gives no real explanation of what's going on with your car. Experience: Brought my car over because I was having a/c issues that could possibly cause my engine to overheat. Then I get a text telling me that they did a standard diagnosis and the fan needs to be replaced and sent a text asking if I want to approve a $1300 service. When I called to learn more, I couldn't reach an actual mechanic. I was sent a number to text. Which got me nowhere and no real answers. But the icing on the cake was the fact that when I went to pick up my car, they brought it to me with the a/c blasting!! So I'm having issues with the a/c and you bring it to me blasting! And I know for a fact it was off when I brought it because I was worried about it overheating my engine! So either they lied about the issue or were intentionally trying to sabotage my car to force me to pay that ridiculous amount.Positive: They work quickly.

came from out of town to purchase a vehicle. mid way through the financing from my own financial institution, they called to say the vehicle was sold because someone put a down payment on the same vehicle. never will I do business with this dealer ever again.

the phone service was horrible it took 30 mins jus to purchase a part , I was transferred several times no one answer .. management needs to improve these needs for business

we bought a car from them and it's been a joke ever since. They were helpful as all could be before we put the deposit down.. after that it went downhill! we schedule an appt with the Salesmen for 9 30 AM and didn't leave until 2. instead of waiting on us and making this a pleasurable moment the salesman kept taking phone calls from other potential buyers and then walking off the help others while leaving us at his desk ( multiple times) . we get home ( 1 and half away) and try to call for insurance.. well we can't add it bc the temporary license plate they put on the car had the wrong serial number .. and so top it off .. they didn't even give us a inspection sticker so we couldn't get insurance until they sent us the correct temporary license plate.. here is were the funny part adds ... we had to pay for our own inspector sticker and was told they would send us a reimbursement check once we show them proof we bought it.. we did our part and still never got our reimbursement check .. it's been several weeks ... last funny part .. the salesman had the nerve to call my wife and ask if we received an email in regards to a survey.. she replied no, not yet .. he said well if y'all can't give me a 10 please just don't send it in !! lol sad thing is we never Received it .. what a coincidence ..i never post this kind of stuff but after all the vehicles I purchased.. this one takes it .. horrible experience and will never buy or recommend anyone buying from this dealership.

I had a great experience buying my first car with Giles Nissan Lafayette . The whole process was overwhelming for me at first, but once i met Molly, the experience became more comfortable. We stepped out of our cars to browse, & she walked out with a smile & positive attitude!! She made it a priority to help me get the car i could both afford, and enjoy! The other staff were wonderful as well, they made us feel welcome & comfortable, like it was our home too(: Even when we went to finance, the gentleman there were kind & easy to speak to! Everyone was willing to work with what i needed, & i am happy with my choice!!(:

me my wife and my 3 year old son went to Giles Nissan to get a new truck. Mr Richard Hayes worked very hard and as fast as he could he was very welcoming he gave my smone some snacks from his lunch box.He and the finance manager worked very hard to make monthly payments as low as possible. We were very pleased with our new truck.

A. Ryan Leblanc, President, Giles Automotive, Inc. utilized sexist langue, aggressive intimidation tactics and displayed discrimination based on gender when communicating to a female customer about a serious safety concern originating from a falsified "world class" safety check document made by a technician, the lie to cover it up by the service manager, and the non-response we have received from any Giles Management or Volvo customer care. His communication was unnecessarily hostile. I was concerned about the fact that my family was sent from "his" company without brakes, and he could not have been more dimmisive of the danger we were put in, but even tone policed how I talked to his male managment for being the reason the did not respond to me. He said if it were him, he would not have resopnded to a customers email concerning the false and misleading business practices, including falsifying safety document that caused undue damage to our vehicle and could have done much more to the lives of my family, but my tone was too harsh? The tone I used voicing the concern for the the dismissive way our lives were being treated was always appropriate according to disrespect being shown to me personally. Giles has fails to promote the culture of Volvo including safety and honesty and failed to comply to the laws and regulations specifically Texas. I feel nothing but the opposite of safe now, about my vehicle and the brand that claims to make care for people who care about other people "FOR LIFE". I absolutely do care about my family lives and that of others, but I have serious doubts about you, Ryan Le Blanc and Giles Volvo cars. Ingenuously,the customer Ryan referred to as "Look LADY"

Greg Harris Buying is great, after service is as bad as it can get. Robbed an elderly couple while trying to charged me 450.00 for a key fob that was supposed to come with the truck. Had already spent 20k with them on another Nissan they couldn’t fix. Life time power train is a money pit.

Purchased a vehicle back in February and had it delivered to me which is 3.5 hours from their location. During the sales process everything seemed to be great they explained how they did a thorough inspection of the vehicle, they worked the numbers to close the deal and sales rep was great. On delivery as I inspected the vehicle I found 3 tires that would not pass inspection, a head rest that did not operate properly (never once mentioned during process) and that the rear lift gate had been repainted at some point also not mentioned during process. One of the 3 tires was completely bald. Now I've received a phone call from my local tax office stating I owe money fo my registration due to the fact that Giles Nissan failed to send the paper work in a timely manner. Sale was made on February 3 2023 and the paper work was not sent until March 7 2023 which is past the 30 day mark. On March 7 I reached out to inquire about said registration because I had yet to receive anything I spoke with the tax and title personal at the dealer they advised me that they know nothing of my deal and that I should wait for tax office to call. Well after me phoning them about this issue they decided to then send the paper work. Besides the sales rep thi was THE WORST EXPERIENCE BUYING A VEHICLE I HAVE EVER HAD! I will not return to them for any further business nor do I recommend anyone to use them!!!

I have a recall on my vehicle and scheduled an appointment to have it repaired. I arrived 20 minutes early to check in and was told it would be a 2 1/2 hour wait. They schedule their appointments every 15 minutes knowing they cannot keep that schedule. they said if I left I would lose my place in line so basically they wanted to tie me up and have me just sit there for 2 1/2 hours . Totally unacceptable.

So I'm sitting in the Subaru dealership right now (730pm) because the Nissan finance guy had his daughters dance recital and left early for the day. I arrived here at 2pm. I stopped in to surprise my daughter with a new car and now I won't be getting home until midnight after waiting for 3 extra hours. Oh....and this is after coming off sticker zero $ because of market value. Actually 1700$ above sticker. Utterly ridiculous and would never recommend this dealership to anyone.
