I was not satisfied with my last wash. Inside and out had a lot of missed spots. There was a lot of dirt left on the rims, dash was not even touched.

So, first off no matter how convenient you are trying to make the service for a mother, telling her to leave her toddler in the carseat out of view to go pay for 10 min while random men are in the car doing an inspection is a HUGE red flag ? for me. Then getting gawked at while I'm doing what's best for myself and my child so were not driving down a busy road with the added anxiety of a screaming child because according to the stares I should have just strapped her in kicking and screaming. We will not be back.

So I just did my third oil change. The first time I went in and out so fast, it almost seemed to good to be true. The second time, again fast, I lifted the hood and noticed the filter almost looked unchanged but I had no way of disputing that. This time, I scratched filter with my key and made two distinct marks on the filter. Well guess what, after an amazingly fast oil and filter change, the moved the car out and said I was ready to go. I popped open the hood and the two marks were still there.Who knows it might have been an oversight on their part...just saying. Just be careful and check their work.

I stopped here for a car wash and left disappointed in the service and the cleanliness of my car. They have been around forever and I'm hoping that this is not a long term trend but here is how they can improve.
