Absolutely the worst customer service! Carlos informed me that they only have two people working today and I wouldn’t be able to wait to get my books taken care of. He said it takes about five minutes to take the binding off and put a spiral bind on them, but once again stressed that it takes only five minutes if they were fully staffed! He said I would have to drop them off and come back by before 6 to pick them up! Then when I asked him the price, he was snotty about that too! Come on Carlos, do better! Fed Ex, do better!

Never had a bad experience here personally. Been here dozens of times. Recently had a package shipped here for pickup. Super easy. Good folks.

I was in town for the Festival International and came into this store. I have used FedEx many times back home in California but I was absolutely blown away by the customer service, response time, knowledge, interactions, and overall experience of this store. It makes me want to drop ship this store to San Diego for a training event. Absolutely the best store I have ever had the privilege of utilizing. It made being a traveler and having to do business there flawless and stress free. Whatever this store is doing should be the standards FBA process for all stores nation wide. They are obviously reading some form of EOS or Traction and applying it daily, team work, attitude and customer service. I was truly grateful for their southern hospitality.

FED EX has become the worst. They treat customers like dirt. They loose packages and you have to jump through unlimited number of hoops, then you get some one in another country, only to tell you to call back. I spent hours. They have become unreliable and uncaring. I am changing all my business to UPS. I cannot get any U.S. FedEX help!

Incredibly dishonest on what you need for a passport. Charged me over $230 for the forms I had printed out on my own. Still needed to go to the post office (on my own). Absolutely no help and overall feel I was scammed.

I had a 5K package delivered the wrong address. Support and driver double down it was delivered. Neighbor down the street shows up with my packaged seven hours later. Inept liars. This has happened multiple times and they don't take responsibility.

I've been dropping packages here for 8 years. Never had an issue and they've never wasted my time. They know I have prelabels and take care of it right away. They've never had me wait in line when they know I'm just dropping off. Carlos has always been polite and helpful.

Always used this FedEx, even when it was Kinko’s, and never had an issue until today. I should have known there would be poor customer service when as soon as I walked in, “Buddy” doesn’t say a word but points at the scale to motion me to place the packages so he can weigh them. This was equipment I was returning back to my company and there were three items but two labels.He started on about “who’s going to pay for the third package” and when I explained that I only had two labels and suggested he put two items in one box, he became frustrated and said, “I can do that but someone is going to pay for that third item.”Finally, I told him I would call the company and they agreed to email him the third label but after only 5 minutes of waiting, Mr. Impatient hollers from across the way, “I still don’t have an email from them.” Soon after he got the email but no charge in attitude, apology, nothing. Actually, he was talking to someone else and I thought he was talking to me so I responded and he snapped, “I wasn’t talking to you!”“Buddy” if you don’t like your job, please do us a favor and work someplace else.
