I really do dread when I am receiving a package from FedEx. I once had a envelope with a refund card coming to me. My driveway is 1/8th of a mile long. The driver instead of coming up the driveway throws the envelope on the ground at mailboxes at the end of the driveway. So I started having them drop my packages off at a alternate location which was the a Dollar General store down. The road. But the dropping there would scan them out. So I never knew when they were delivered there. Had to call the store to find out. Stopped that and started having them delivered at my house again. I had 2 different packages from different places coming in on the same day. They dropped off on package but not the other. Later in the day I get a message from FedEx telling me my package will be delayed due to operational reasons. "Dumb dumb at the wheel." So they rescheduled delivery for tomorrow.

Don’t bother coming in here, it’s difficult to get anyone in the back to actually come out and help you ship anything.

Had to drop off some labs for work. Upon getting there, the woman behind the counter was visiting with another customer. When she acknowledged me, she asked if I was dropping off. I told her yes, and I needed a receipt. She gave me a dumb look and told me I wasn't just dropping off then. I said yes, I am, and shipping is already paid for. She argued with me about what it meant to drop off a package, then made it seem like I was inconveniencing the other customer there because they planned to visit for a good long while. That wasn't necessary and was very rude. This location really needs to find associates that aren't so ugly to customers.

Couldn’t get in touch with anyone!! Called 4 times and no help!! Only automated!! This is ridiculous!!

Showed up at opening on a Saturday. Walked in the front door, no one came to the desk, from the back or the office for 25 minutes. I always hate using Fed Ex but when I have to, I have to. UPS is always so much easier

This company sucks! I had a package supposed to be delivered, I gave the right address and all and they still sent it back saying incorrect address!
